We really like our Quictent screen canopy as it is easy to set up, waterproof, and when we needed a new screen they do sell replacement parts. Their customer service is excellent. It would be perfect if only Quictent would upgrade their screening to no-see-um mesh as small biting gnats can easily enter through the screen. AND they do!

Hello, I would like to personally thank Kelly from the customer service team and her manager. I ordered a white tent with white covers but I received a black cover instead. I reached out to the team and they immediately sent out the cover as I had an event coming up. They did a phenomenal job and even let me keep the black cover. Thank you all. Here is a picture of the event.

I bought the 8’ x 8’ Quictent Garage for my Ryobi Zero Turn Mower. It was very easy to assemble, and has been a high quality and durable product. When I had the opportunity to deal with their Customer Service (Pearl) was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. I’m very glad I chose Quictent and would do it again.

Purchased a greenhouse for my mother for Mother's day. Some parts were bent, bad instructions, she could not put it together properly as a result of faulty parts. I emailed the company, called Amazon, then used the email support on their website with no help. I am disabled and on disability it took me months to save up for this. I want a refund bit no one has gotten back to me. I'm worried I was scammed.

I recently purchased a Quictent 10'x9'x8 Backyard Greenhouse. It arrived on April 13, and was set up by my husband and son on April 20. That night, we had a thunderstorm, and the greenhouse completely collapsed. I contacted the customer service department of Quictent, and the choices that were offered included (:1) a discount on another greenhouse or (2) the purchase of replacement parts. Neither option is acceptable because this product is flimsy and not at all sturdy. The plastic anchors did not hold the frame in place, and the frame bent and broke in several places from the weight of the rain pooling on top. I have purchased other Quictent products that are well-made. This greenhouse is not strong or sturdy. I do not recommend this product.

Quictent’s customer service did a wonderful job of helping me pick the right product and work diligently to resolve any issues that came up in the process of getting the product I needed. I fully recommend them. My new cover is of the highest quality and at a great price. I definitely recommend them and will continue to buy from them in the future.

The company sent me extra screws when I thought they shorted me, while it was not their fault but mine for not using the structural support poles. Now I'm all set! This is minor, but I would prefer to receive instructions for just the one product I purchased (not one pamphlet with all the products) with a little bit more detail about the assembly process for my unit.

I have tried to make contact to have covers that have deteriorated due to sun and weather. I am perplexed as to how the public relations don’t want to provide replacement covers, very poor PR

Last year (2022) in August I purchased my first greenhouse. I chose Quictent because of their reasonable prices and the reviews mentioned how sturdy they are. Boy were they right! My new 10' x 20' greenhouse arrived within days and was easy to set up. It weathered the Ohio winter wonderfully, even extending the life of some plants. When spring came this year I was excited to get it filled again with plants, but we had a strong windstorm that battered it. About half of the frame was bent or broke and some of the cover had tears in it where the velcro straps were sewed into the seems. Now, understand that this was a very strong windstorm. Not your general spring wind. I was able to take it down and salvage parts of it, including the cover, but overall it was unusable. However, I was very impressed that it held up as well as it did! I contacted Quictent about the issue and they agreed to replace the frame for a small shipping fee! Jasmine handled my complaint promptly, responding right away each time I wrote to her. She was cordial, professional, yet personal at the same time. It was like talking with a family member who shared understanding and compassion--willing to work toward the best solution. Once the agreement was settled and I made payment (which was super easy), my new frame came in less than a week. And I was greatly surprised to see that they sent me an even more durable frame than the first one! This company is awesome with exceptional customer service and pretty, durable products! Jasmine is my new sister :)

I absolutely love love love my grean shelter/tent room gazebo I bought!! It's perfect to give a great amount of shade. I live in the desert southwest united states and it gets HOT here. I have the tent set up in a shadey part of the yard and the walls also give us privacy from super nosey neighbors, lol.

Loved the smaller one and upgraded to larger- year 2 now , just had to replace the cover - ordering and replacement was easy and quick - exactly what I need in a small space.

My order arrived very quickly and I am eager to use it for my small business booth in June. I think the green color will be an attractive color and draw customers to my booth at the event. I did a trial setup and was surprised how easy it was. I think I can do it by myself if I ever need to.

I purchased four greenhouses and they are perfect for keeping my pumpkin plants warm during the cool nights. I highly recommend Quictent if you are in the market for a greenhouse.
