“I have had one of the quictent popup screen tents for several years, and we enjoyed it each summer. We live in northern Maine near the big woods where the biting insects in summer can make sitting outside unbearable at times. That screen tent and canopy became our outdoor room, transformed our yard into a peaceful place to be and observe wildlife. Last fall, a really terrible windstorm came through before we could get tent put away and damaged our frame, to point it could no longer function. This was no fault of the tent quality, just a freak natural event. And well past a warranty. But we hated having to buy a new one and waste our undamaged canopy. I emailed the folks at Quicktent, sent a couple pictures of the result asking if there was any way I could buy the parts and Green got back to me right away, and offered to sell me the part separately for a good price. Then, when I had some trouble setting up a PayPal account, they helped me solve that problem also and get it ordered. This took a number of emails back and forth, but they were there for me every step of the way. I got the frame part just as promised and I could not be happier. Our summer is rescued. These folks care about you. Whenever I do need a new screen tent or any similar product I will most certainly give them my business. Thank you again Quictents staff, and thanks for being patient with me.”

“The Quictent I purchased has been thru a ice storm, snow storm, and 30 mile an hour winds. It has held up beyond my expectations. I had to go out at 4:00 in the morning to knock ice off the roof a couple of times but the tent held up.”

“Price-Performance has been an excellent product, we bouught 3 years ago, we really enjoy! Ha sido una carpa(tienda) amplia y confortable, la compramos hace 3 años a muy buen precio. I had to get 2 parts to repair it and Im really surprised about excellent service obteined by Cicely(customer service). “We purchased a yard tent for a graduation party in 2019. The tent went up easily and worked perfectly. After some strong winds, we needed two replacement poles and contacted Quictent. Yummy was very responsive in helping us get we needed.”

“I use my Quictent for my smoking area outside. My tent is up all year round except in high winds. It is very durable. Now I accidentally ripped the top, not being careful putting it back up after a very windy few days. Quictent had my replacement top to me in less than a week! The one critism I have is the velcro is pretty light duty. They don't last when you use them often. I am talking about the side walls. I emailed Quictent and I should be receiving them today or tomorrow. I emailed them 4 days ago. I have been dealing with Jasmine for both issues and she has been fantastic!”

“Had a pop-up canopy lose in a contest with a hailstorm. Called customer service and had a replacement top in a matter of days. I only wish all customer service was this fast and friendly! Will definitely recommend Quictent to all that ask!”

“I will start off by saying that Quictent is the best company that I’ve had the pleasure doing business with, hands down! From shipping speed (which was fantastic) too customer service! The moment I placed my multiple orders I was took care of. Over the past year I’ve had a couple of mishaps with my carports, but Quictent customer support was just an email away! Please rest assured, that if you purchase one of their products you will be taken care of! I can say enough good things about this company, just remember if your in need of any of the products they sell don’t think twice about ordering from Quictent!!!
