“The shoes look beautiul, the fitting is a little tight, but works fine my only concern is after one use they have a stain that’s been impossible to remove and it’s very frustrating.”

“I learned Quoc does not refund the hard way; after getting a shoe that did not fit, was heavy and had little apeal I asked turned it for a refund. I was expecting the purchase to be refunded to my credit card. Instead, the refund came in the form of Quoc dollars that I could only spend with Quoc. Not sure that really qualifies as a refund. Right, read the fine print.”

“The shoes didn’t fit so I had to exchange them. The exchange process takes way too long. Most online stores will ship the exchanged item as soon as the return package is received by the *post office*, not the warehouse. Had I known this before hand (it is not explicitly mentioned in the returns page, and the FAQ actually say Quoc doesn’t do exchanges) I would’ve ordered 2-3 sizes and returned the ones that didn’t fit me.”

“Quod have been on my radar for some time. I saw their shoes at a cycling cafe we use and stared to compare them with other brands. I ended up buying the Escape shoe in black and next I will purchase a white pair. Reasonably priced too.”

“I had placed an order (shoes) and after 10 working days I complained that nothing has delivered yet after which I receive a confirmation that the order is delayed. According to the website, the delivery time is approximately depending on your location and customs procedures at your location. Yes and the latter is a big problem since the Brexit.It was better that no deliveries are made outside Great Britain to retail customers as the latter are victims of the Brexit.”

“Always worn Specialized until my first pair of QUOC. Have to say that I’m really impressed with fit and finish of the shoes {Mono II in sand size 44). True to size, really light and feel nicely stiff without being too extreme. The colour way is very cool too. Only a recent purchase so not idea about durability however, happy with the purchase.”

“As always, excellent customer service. This is my second pair of shoes from QUOC and couldn't recommend these enough. QUOC is definitely a brand that I would recommend for anyone looking for a high quality shoe. Sizing guide is spot on, leaving the right amount of expansion for warmer days.”

“I purchase the QUOC Restrap Sandal in Black. Unfortunately, they were defective, and I had to return them. The main straps are held in place by a small strip of leather and rivets. When I received the sandals, I removed them from the box and tried them on. The rivets on the right sandal immediately when flying across the room. It seems Quality Control missed this defect. I'm actually glad they failed immediately as I don't think using rivets is a good design, it seems they would be prone to failing in the field. This cost me $20.00 in shipping essentially to try something on and return it.”

“Although it took me a while to get the right size and fit, having tried on 4 pairs (got a little expensive on return postage costs) I settled for Grand Tourer XCs in a 44 and I couldn’t be happier, awesome shoes for my gravel adventures!”

“Really like the shoes, comfy, look good and great they come with different inserts that you can swap depending in what works best for your feet. One of the dials broke a month or two after purchase, which is a shame, but they are replaceable and replacements sent quickly. Prefer the micro adjustment on Boa dials, but that’s not a big issue.”
