list and I have an Army Mess Dress and Green Dress uniforms that belonged to my husband. They were only worn for one hour each at his fight school graduation. “I bought 2 of the products below as raffle gifts for the American Legion 260 of Monitcello MN golf tournament. The tournament raised $25,000 to give to the Patriot Assistance dog company, which trains a dog to become a service dog for military personel. The customer service was definitely lacking on my visit. The one and only R.Riveter salesperson in the store during my visit was lacking the energy and helpfulness I usually receive. The salesperson seemed indifferent that I was there. I’m a diehard Riveter customer. It is the only handbag I choose to purchase and carry. I’m hesitant to return to shop because I do not believe I will receive the customer service that should be offered.
I purchased the grey Augusta nearly a year ago and the R.Riveter signature is peeling off. I wonder if Riveter may remedy this with a sewn on logo tag that now seems to the tag attached in the updated Augusta.”
