“I have never received my backpack and I have submitted a claim through the post office. I contacted R.Riviter more than a week ago and the only response I have received was the tracking number info from the post office. I really like your products but am a bit disappointed with the follow up to my complaint.”
Hello Karen,
Oh no! I am so sorry that your package is taking so long to get to you! I called USPS and your package is still on its way to you. Unfortunately, it was delayed due to weather. There is not much that we can do right now since USPS has your package and it is still moving, and it is not lost. Please try not to worry, if your package stops moving and becomes lost, we will file a claim and reship your order or issue a refund.
I apologize for the delay in your order and any inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if you package is delivered! I will make sure to keep an eye on your tracking as well, in case it becomes lost, and we need to file a claim.
I will also send this email to your email address to make sure you receive it.
Thank you for your patience and support,
The R.Riveter Team
“You keep asking for a review, so here one is. I ordered a bag for my wife directly from the web page. It wasn't quite what she expeced so we returned it. We were not given a refund, but a 'store credit'. For less than what we paid because, we were told, it was a special order. Which it was not. It was right off the rack, so to speak. So, my wife found another bag that looked nice and we were told that one was not in stock. So much for the 'special order' nonsense. We asked to be notified when the purse became available again. So, we wait. And wait. Here is what you can do. Refund the entire purchase price to my credit card. The hell with this 'store credit' dodge. Still notify us when the bag is available. Until then I will appreciate a full refund. So far I am very disappointed with you. (Remember, you asked for a review.)”
“I’m really disappointed with the response I received from R.Riveter. While they acknowledged my dissatisfaction, they seemed more focused on defending the design rather than addressing my concerns. I ordered 3 heirloom pouches to reflect my husband's Army and police service. I sent them plenty of fabric and patches. The pouches I ordered had patches in awkward placements, and the vendor claimed it was part of the "creative design" to make them unique, but it just felt like poor craftsmanship. The seams and patches were crooked. Beware if you order a heirloom product. Unfortunately, there was no offer of a solution or even an attempt to make things right. I expected better customer service and quality control.”
“Awful customer service. Chats automated so ultimately unhelpful. Only human I dealt with only complained about her job. Charged (received) for item I didn’t want (fannypack) because human said it came with free shipping (not free). Address wrong 5’x after submitting written and verbal same. Courier finally made their best guess several days later with the wrong address on the label. Would not recommend ordering to my auxiliary sisters.”
“I simply went on the site to look @ the bad & specifications. Next thing I know I receive a shipping order. I NEVER clicked on place order. Now I have a $200 bag I absolutely hate. I tried canceling to no avail. I do NOT like your business practices or your product.”
