“10 days after I returned the dress RC claimed I damaged the dress beyond repair and charged an additional $200 to my debit card. I do not believe we caused the damage, nor did I look 'beyond' repair in the images she sent of a few small marks that appeared untreated...due to the way they were showing on the tulle. RC refused to send me the damaged dress that I had now paid over $250 for, or allow me a chance to attempt to clean it. In my view, they stole either $200 or a dress from me. Beware the contract leaves open the option for them to charge pretty much any amount they please after the fact. WELL after the fact. 200% of a phantom 'market value'. I suppose I should just be hopeful they don't decide to drop another $200 charge on me next week. I will be following up on this matter, as it is obviously wildly unacceptable.”

“Very fast shipping. However, the dress sizes were WAY off. We followed the guide for the Dolly dresses, and all three girls and dresses that were way too small. The oldest had to leave hers unzipped.”

“The whole process was so simple! They were unable to send one of the accessories I chose but were quick to contact me and offer similar alternatives. Everything arrived on time and was even more beautiful in person. Will definitely use Rainey's Closet again.”

“The customer service at Rainey's Closet is impeccable. Our dress shipped on time, but due to Hurricane Irma hitting in Florida, shipments were delayed by UPS. The dress was supposed to be delivered on Friday, and UPS informed us that delivery would be delayed until Monday. Our event was Saturday, so when I emailed Rainey's closet on Friday, they overnighted the same dress to us at their cost, and it was at my doorstep in less than 24 hours! They saved the day! Not to mention, the dress was beautiful and process to return was simple. Thank you! I highly recommend!”
