“I can not say enough about this place!! It was super easy to place an order, the dress came on time, the dresses are amazingly beautiful and the return process was excellent. Any questions I had were promptly answered, as well. I will never buy another dress again. Such excellent service!! Thank you so much!!”

“This was my first time using this company. It was perfect. The dress and head piece arrived on time and was easy to return. The products were like brand new. My daughter looked beautiful for her 5 year old pictures. I will definitely using them again!”

“I was very happy with my experience with Rainey's Closet. I was contacted by Rainey's Closet in advance of my item being sent to me for rental because it had been returned to them stained by the previous renter. They told me that it wasn't their policy to send stained items but if I wanted it they would give me a discount. I chose to rent the item and they overnighted it to me so I would have it on time. The process of renting and returning was very easy. I would rent from them again.”

“Every time I would email for help and asked to speak with someone on the phone, I was denied. This is a direct quote from the last time I asked "We are a small but growing company and not set up to provide phone support at this time. I have never come across an issue we can’t answer by email. " I felt their customer service was extremely poor. I would rather buy dresses and just have a closet full, than deal with the poor service.”

“I rented a gorgeous Doll Cake dress for my daughters 2 year photo session. The dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. When my session was pushed backed a week I contacted customer service to extend my rental. The friendly customer service rep worked with me and I was able to keep the dress for our session. I was so thankful and will definitely use this service again. I tell everyone I know about Rainey's Closet! I forgot that the bag it's delivered in can be reused to return it, and threw it away. However, the post office provided me with a FedEx bag free of charge and I just attached the pre-paid return shipping label and dropped it at the USPS.”

“After a quick Google search, I found Rainey's Closet and started using them right away! This is a perfect alternative to purchasing outfits that are only used for one shoot and then stashed away- they were prompt and everything was easy to repackage and ship back. I would recommend to anyone!!”

“What a great experience! Such an amazing selection of dresses to choose from. Both dresses came on time, clean and packaged nicely. As soon as our shoot was over, I packed them back up, put them in the envelope with the shipping label and popped them in my mailbox! Easy peasy!!!”
