“I was very happy with my new roof supplied and fitted by First Direction Roofing. The guys who fitted it were very efficient and professional. The price was competitive and as expected. They cleared everything away afterwards no complaints!”

“I would like to thank Rated People for getting me Mark,Derbyshire Property Services to tile my kitchen floor.He has done a brilliant job i wanted my old tiles taken up and new ones put down.He is a very polite,friendly,hard working man,competitive price i could not have asked for a better tradesman.Well Impressed. “I contacted Rated People to find a reliable Roofing Firm. They came promptly to give me a estimate which was very competitive with others and after considering like for like I chose "Triumph Roofing" They came promptly to undertake. They were very polite worked hard and cleaned the site thoroughly on completion. I would fully recommend this firm to anybody that needs roofing work undertaken.”

“I have had a very bad experirnce with one of the tradesmen from Tated People. The Company I contracted to fit my brand new kitchen was a total disaster: I sent an amail by without any help fro Rated People. The tradesman blocked my calls, took my money without any paper work given to me. I got very ill over it. I was advised to take a ligal action against the Company. Total nightmare”

“I got a tradesperson from Rated People - one Brian Johnson of Welling in Kent - who was supposed to mouse-proof my house. All he did was spray foam around randomly and didn't sort the problem. I couldn't get my money back from him. Unfortuntely, he had left the Rated People site by the time he actually came to do the work and so I couldn't warn others about him through Rated People. I sent an enquiry to Rated People and all I received back was a standard email. I wrote to them again and they have never responded I'm afraid I agree that their customer service is sadly lacking.”

“Absolute joke of a company, if your a tradesmen do not waste your time as you will be giving them money for nothing. You buy leads to get jobs and the people posting there jobs dont even reply to you, so you end up losing your money due to these time wasters. Dont bother trying to get a refund because you wont as the customer service is beyond poor. Without tradesmen they have no business, sadly they dont act like this is the case.”

“Scam artists! Avoid! If you're trade person please stay away from them. They will promise you alot to sign a contract with you but hardly give you a quarter from promising. You can't brake the contract and have to pay remaining months. And now the best part, they selling you a FAKE leads and act with you like a robot's. So save your money and stay away from fraud company!”

“Found plumber on rated people to refurbish bathroom completely. Patrick oneill from millom did full refurb..ceiling and lighting, cladding walls, bath out, qiadrant shower in, new flooring and all accessories. Great work. Tidy ,punctual ,friendly and excellent work. Competetive price. Could not have asked for a better tradesman. Started day after quote. Well impressed”

“Very disappointed with their company. I can be live how they treat tradesmen. People who work on they success. They are the biggest scam I ever meet . STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE TRADESMEN. They jobs leads not genuine and you can't get money back . They only care about their money . Costumer service useless.”

“You can find good trade people . But this is it . The company it's a big mistake . The worst company to work with. They are stilling money from tradesmen. The leads are not genuine. You cant even get the money back . Costumer service useless. Can't help with nothing .They care only about them self and money they take from tradesmen . Really disappointed. I spoke with many trade people and everyone say it's a scam . So if you trade person STAY AWAY. Don't give them opportunity to con you.”

“These people cut my trees and bushes down exactly how I wanted them. I would recommend them. My garden is quite large. quote was £280 for 2 days work.”

“Zengani Ndovi came to the rescue when my TV aerial had failed. He telephoned me and arrived punctually the next day. He was fully equipped to diagnose the problem and improve my reception. Throughout his visit he explained everything clearly, worked efficiently and carefully and provided a detailed invoice. I absolutely recommend him. His telephone: 07405 255279”

“Very pleased with the work done today by Catalin who secured my back garden fence panel to the wall which had come off in the recent gales. Although a small job he was happy to take it on and we agreed a reasonable price for the job. Would highly recommend him based on the work he did today.”
