“I have been experimenting with coffee for years. I have had multiple coffee makers and pride myself on making thoughtful pour overs. This was a terrible user experience. It's cumbersome, occupies a lot of counter space, the bloom function is not optimal for all quantities of coffee, and the carafe pours terribly. I was really disappointed. I wanted to love it, but alas. I've returned the product.”

“Ratio seems to make beautiful products but their supply chain is a total mess. I would never recommend someone but anything from Ratio until they figure out their supply chain issues. I, as a customer, should not have to pay full premium prices to wait for months due to these issues.”

“Pros: Very beautiful and sleek design, great brewing temperature and holding the temperature thought the brewing process. The coffee is excellent, and that is the most important thing. Cons: The h2o level markings on the water container are very inaccurate, and at the price of the Ratio, I expected that to be way better. The lid to the thermos looks nice but feels cheap and doesn’t pour very smoothly. Overall a solid coffee maker, but again at the price it is, would like to see those two things improved on.”
