The thought of drinking greens, did not sound appealing to me, but your juices are so good that you had the right mixture of other juice ingredients, that made the greens taste so good, that I couldn’t set my juice down!!!👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼❤️

not happy would like to of had a better idea of when it was going to arrive. ordered it on a thursday. it showed up thr follwoing thursday, just be for the weekend. i did not want to do it over that weekend. wanted it for that week.

Hi there! Our FAQ page does state that generally, shipping takes 1-3 business days. We are based in New Jersey and we process orders first come, first serve. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. I see here you ordered on a Thursday night after 9 PM EST. Unfortunately, we can not get to your location in Texas before the end of the week (Saturday) if you order on a Thursday night, so the order was held and shipped the following Monday. According to tracking, your order was delivered promptly on Wednesday 1/10/2024. In the future, if you would like to ensure your order is delivered before the end of the week, please place your order before 1 PM EST on a Wednesday. You can also always reach out to us at support@rawgeneration.com to get a clearer idea of when you will receive your order once you've placed it :) Thanks!

The juices/protein blends all tasted really good. The Cashew vanilla I preferred frozen so it’s like ice cream. I didn’t like the beet juice at first but it grew on me. I did the 5 day protein cleanse although I had 4 bottles left over. I worked out (weights and cardio) 3/5 days. I was SO craving meat and eggs after day 5! My body felt calmer and I woke up easier. But I got very constipated and it offset the good feelings on day 3-5. I would not do this cleanse again. I would do the juice only (not the protein ones-although I would still consume those as a “treat”) and eat a regular protein rich and fiber rich dinner and walk daily to stay regular. I loved the convenience!! They came very frozen and all tasted very fresh.

Raw generation drinks are a great start to improving your overall healthy eating habit. It's a really good tasting way to get your real food nutrition. The only thing you have to do is thaw the drinks overnight and enjoy.

We had done another juice cleanse several times and I found their portions tooo big and they didn’t come frozen which is great bc I don’t have to start right away. A big key to success is your schedule during. I don’t loose as much on this program but it’s also way more attainable with being able to transition into eating dinner.

All of the juices taste good. There aren't chunks or anything like that. Unfortunately I was only able to make it 2 days. I had the worst diarrhea I've ever had in my life and the evening of the second day I fainted. Definitely not for everyone! Not the companies fault at all either. My body it's just weird.

We've been using Raw Generation on and off for a couple of years now. It's amazing how many different juices they offer. One of the best things for us personally is the fact that our kids love them. One of our 6-year-olds loves the carrot juice, and our 9-year-old is into almost all the green juices and the beet juice, too. I can't think of an easier way to get fruits and vegetables in your kids. The last thing I need to mention is their customer service. I screwed up last night trying to edit my subscription delivery date and accidentally ordered three boxes of 40 juices. I sent a text message explaining the situation. Keep in mind that last night was a Sunday. Within minutes, two of the orders were canceled and refunded. I couldn't believe it!

1). The delivery went to an alternate location and my husband had to pick it up again. He was not happy. I sent an email and UPS said it was coming from your coming not them. I spoke to Amanda at your comany very sweet. 2). This morning I tried the lower sugar detox. OMG . Totally dislike the Proten Green Smoothe. I have 4 or 6 of them. I will either throw them away. I cannot drink them. 3). Next order I will build my own box. Thank you for reaching out.

Hi David! We understand your concerns and would like to address them! Other juice companies use preservatives or high pressure processing, which gives their juices a long shelf life, but degrades or eliminates most of the nutritional value and taste. So while their juice may not have to be frozen in transit, what’s inside is less nutritious. The only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. The styrofoam insulation in the boxes allows us to get you the products frozen as possible. We would like to also let you know we are always researching and testing more sustainable measures, however, we have not yet found any other materials that allow us to get the freshest, most delicious products to you safely as well as the materials that we currently use. Please rest assured we are always experimenting and searching for more sustainable ways to do this. Thanks!
