Was to be delivered on fri the 8th. On the 7th I emailed Raw letting them know and asked to have box of 30 re routed to my home. I was told "that can't be done" I went on the Fed Ex site and saw my box of 30 was in Orlando which ment to me that it still needed to be shipped to Tpa and was not already on the Tpa truck. I was told another order would ship but no word on that.

The Cleanse was amazing. I didnt need to lose a lot of weight... just needed to rid myself of the summer bloat and jumpstart my healthy eating again. It worked! I am looking forward to doing it again and would recommend this cleanse to friends.

Over all I am happy about the product my two concerns and would like to know about how much filtered water % is added to the juice? And would like to know if you offer an organic raw generation nice?

Hi there, we do add about 3% water to the juice just for flavor's sake, the natural sugars of the produce make the juice a little too sweet so we have to add a bit of water. The produce is not certified organic, however, everything is locally grown in a chemical free facility. There are no pesticides or hazardous chemicals used in the growing or cleaning process of our produce.

I love Raw Generation! This is my 3rd batch I've tired. However, it was the first time I tried the protein cleanse. I had the green cleanse the first two times and loved the results. I have recommended Raw Generation to many of my friends who decided to purchase the product oppose to competitors.

I love raw generation & I've been a long time customer. The only downfall sometimes is the pricing, I hope I can offered it all the time, lol. Overall, amazing product!

I've ordered these juices a few times now and I really enjoy all flavors. I like to start the day with the green ones and then have the more fruity ones later in the day for a pick me up because they have a bit more fruit sugars in them. Great replacement for an afternoon coffee!

So far awful because they wouldn't ship to my apartment and they were out of two kinds of juices and they told me sat it would be there and it is Tuesday with no juice!

Best juice I have ever had!!! Implementing as part of daily life...have tried other products and this far exceeds any other I have purchased and just thrown away because of quality and taste.

Product is wonderful; however, delivery charges are exorbitant. I live in the same state and wanted to pick up but that was not an option.

I'm a convert!!! I've always wantex to try a cleanse, but honestly didn't know if I could hack it- I've always had issues with blood sugar spikes and quick drops. I was able to complete the 3 day cleanse without food and lost 8 pounds! The cleanse helped me reset my eating habits and the weight has stayed off. I just received my second shipment of juice, but this time I ordered 7 days so I can keep extra juice in my freezer for in-between days. Highly recommend!

I would love to send a glowing review but it's been exactly a week and I haven't received anything yet! I only wrote something because they felt to ask me before checking to see if I (a new customer) received my product yet! So yes at least a week of delivery! But I still have high hopes! I paid like $40 dollars for shipping and it still takes a week or more! I can honestly say NOT SATISFIED, but I hope the product is better then their means to ship

My juices came in partially defrosted and not iced or insulated at all. For the amount of money paid in shipping , this should not happen.

I'm on the second day of my juice/fast and enjoying the product. Energy levels are good and there is plenty of supply for the day. The product arrived as expected and I was pleased with Saturday delivery. I have to say though that I almost didn't order the product after speaking with customer service. I received an email alerting me that the RG 75% off sale had been continued an extra day. It was the motivation I needed to call, but the woman I spoke to was very curt and told me the sale was no longer available. When I gave her the day and time I received the email, apparently she 'checked' and said, something to the effect of "Oh yeah, it is still available." As rude as she sounded initially, I guess I expected something along the lines of "I'm sorry sir. I was mistaken. May I help you. Bottom line, product is good. Delivery went smoothly, but customer service is in desperate need of professional training and dealing with the customer. Given that I'm all about the latter, I'm not sure at this point about reordering. Thank you for the opportunity to share.
