Box I received was not in any order. Everything just thrown in, in a mess. My order was not correct. I was short 1 protein and most of my soups were cucumber. Highly disappointing as much as you cost. I was hoping you would be more professional than your competitors. Mt first impression is you are not. Lesson learned.

The shipping was fast but extremely expensive. My shipment arrived from New Jersey to my home in Oregon halfway unfrozen because there was no ice packs or extra insulation other than styrofoam pieces in the plain cardboard box it was in. $80 worth of shipping charges should have ensured better. My actual juice experience was mediocre at best. I would not call this a cleanse with the amount of sugar and calories that are in these juices. I should have investigated further before trusting a company I'll take that one on me. More disappointing is the fact that there are no manufacture dates or expiration dates on the containers. The containers are very cheap and thin plastic that burst in your freezer at least five of mine burst upon refreezing after they had thawed out in shipping. The protein drinks were completely disgusting. They tasted like to have a texture of something that is reconstituted from a powder and poorly at that. They are very chunky and chalky and leave a thick grit in your mouth and throat and are very hard to swallow. I will not be purchasing these again and I do not recommend them to anybody. About the only good thing about them is that two of the three Juice flavors do taste good and the shipping speed was quick.

I placed my order for for almost 9 days no one contacted me wither by text,phone or email to keep my abreast on when my purchased would be shipped. It took me two days to connect with someone just to find out the status of my purchase. I found my package at the entrance of my building,box partially torn.

Hi there, your order is in transit scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. The normal processing time is 3-5 business days, that does not include weekends. You are an express shipment (3-day transit) which can only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays. You ordered on a Tuesday, which pushed your order back to the next week. The normal processing time and rules regarding express shipments to the Pacific time zone are notated when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience or false expectations.

I got the skinny cleanse and let me just tell you, DONT TRY IT. It was the biggest waste of money due to the fact they were the most awful things I’ve ever tasted. I had to hold my breath everytime I drank one and pray I didn’t need to breathe through my nose during the process. I only made it through one of the three days and now I’m sitting here. Still fat. With two days worth of nasty cleansing juice in my fridge. Highly do not recommend this product

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you weren't the biggest fan of our flavors. Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks of eating a diet rich in processed foods, dairy, gluten, sugar, and meat is that it can affect our tastebuds and hinder the way fruit and vegetables taste to us. It takes time for your body to detox and reboot before your palette begins to experience fresh fruit and vegetable juice the way that nature intended.

I would not recommend if your a first time cleanser. Definetly do your homework before using. More side effects can occur outside of what they mentioned.

I gave this rating mostly because of the shipping. After placing my order I emailed the company to request a delivery date of February 1st, for a 5 day cleanse, because I wanted to do the cleanse right before my beach vacation. They shipped the package too late (One day before I asked for it to be delivered) so I did not get it in time to start the cleanse on the day I wanted to. So I will be one day short, and that's a whole day of juices wasted. Very disappointed.

I'll start off with the positive, these juices are very tasty, I didn't expect to like them as much as I did. Unfortunately this program didn't work out for me for a number of reasons. First, the ingredients are not organic and I am unable to find any information on how much pesticides are in the final juice product. The juice made my blood sugar soar, making me hungry all the time. I also started having daily migraines with auras, which points to high tyramine content. Overall I would recommend a high whole vegetable/fruit pescatarian type plan over excessive juice for most people to reset their health.

We're glad you enjoyed the taste of our juices! You are correct- technically we are not certified organic. We'll let you in on a little secret- this is how we are able to keep our prices so low for our customers! However, all of our produce is grown locally in a chemical-free facility, and there are zero chemicals used in the growing, cleaning, or juicing process. We're sorry to hear about your migraines. Our juices do not have a high tyramine content. Tyramine does not occur in the fresh fruit and vegetables used in our products. Unless produce is dried or fermented, there will not be a high tyramine content. Juicers typically experience migraines like the one you described as a result of one of two factors: caffeine withdrawal OR as a result of detoxification. The best way to avoid this from happening is to ease into the cleanse by cutting out dairy, gluten, meat, and processed foods in the days leading up to your cleanse. If you are a regular coffee drinker, you should NOT abruptly stop for your cleanse as this is likely to trigger withdrawal symptoms like migraines. The juices are great but it took mine over 1 week to come in and paying 59$ in shipping and them going bad after so long you wouldn't think it would take that long to arrive to my house. With no one saying sorry for your inconvenience or anything at that... Thank you!

The first time I ordered from Raw generation I had a great experience. The second time was a hassle due to delivery failure on FedEx part and harsh weather for the replacement shipment. It was a real shame and a waste of their products. I would suggest a better shipping method/company. Their protein drink products are good.

Raw Generation's juice and protein shakes are great. They taste good, seem to have good qualities, and keep you full. The problem though lies in the packaging and overwhelming amount of waste generated from doing one of their cleanses. A 3-7 day cleanse is shipped in a box full of styrofoam. A 5 day cleanse, for example, contains 30 plastic bottles of juice/smoothie. This results is SOOOO much waste its horrendous. When you multiply those 30 bottles and 5 pieces of styrofoam by how many they sell, its literally like dumping a fleet of school buses full of plastic waste into the ocean. Yes, the individuals doing the cleanse can recycle the plastic bottles but only a small percentage ever will and there is no note from the company to do so. I would highly recommend Raw Generation and their products if they would simply institute a recycling program where customers can send back their bottles and packaging directly to the company. Honestly, it would save the customers and Raw Generation lots of time, resources, money, and headaches to do so (not to mention, help the environment).

Hi there, unfortunately, it is a lot of waste, the styrofoam is needed to keep the product frozen in transit. A type of recycling program has been discussed but unfortunately, it is not possible for us to do, but I will suggest an insert to go in the box that asks to please recycle. Thanks!

My husband and I both did the 3 day cleanse together. Firstly the juices were a hit or miss with taste. Probably 4 of them were not good and we just had to chug it to get through it. Secondly, it took more than 24 hours to thaw, we wound up putting them in warm water to thaw the rest of the way and back into the fridge. Third, for my husband, he did not lose any significant weight, he lost about 3lbs. As for me I lost about 5lbs but see no difference. I feel bloated and uncomfortable. Other juice cleanses I’ve done have given me great energy, but this cleanse made me exhausted. All I wanted to do for the past three days was sleep. Overall maybe this wasn’t the juice cleanse for us but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends or family.

I was signed up for the automatic shipment every 6 months. Instead of notifying me first, my card was billed and the shipment was sent, then I was notified. I received a shipment of the soup juices, which I would have never picked for myself being that there are items in the soups that I can't stand. Juice is just fine. Customer service is not.

I haven’t actually received the juices. There was snow which I understand added a slight delay, but it will have been 2 weeks from ordering to receiving which is not ideal.

I would have been happy to review, if i got my order. I order a week ago, got an email that my order shipped 2 days ago, and I still don't have it. I paid `$36 shipping price, expecting to get the next day.

Hi there, your tracking states that your order was delivered on Friday afternoon. If this is false information please contact FedEx and file a claim stating you did not receive your delivery. Once you have the claim number, we would be more than happy to ship you out a replacement.

Shipping cost are ridiculous. You spend $3-$4-$500 and still have to pay another $50 for shipping. Ridiculous. Last purchase from this company

Not that this review is strictly based on my customer service/intranet experience as I have not yet tried the product. I placed my order 12/27 and selected a delivery date of Jan 2. I assumed there would be no deliveries on New Year's Day and I wanted to get started as soon as possible (I was doing this with a friend who ordered after me and received before). I received an email on Jan 2nd with a tracking number that said the expected delivery would be Friday Jan 5. I reached out to customer service to confirm and to also ask what I selected for my shipping information. If a mistake was on my part I wanted to make sure I didn't make the same mistake for future orders. I did receive an email back within 3 hours (which was fast considering this was after hours). However, the response I got was expected delivery was scheduled Jan 5th. I sent a message back asking the same questions and requesting more information on shipping information (for future reference) and still have not received anything back. I feel pretty confident in my abilities to order things online but I know accidents happen. So I'm most displeased with customer service and/or website interface. I will be willing to revisit my review after I receive my order.

We are on a shipping delay because of the local blizzard in our area, FedEx has not picked up or delivered yesterday or today so it is causing a delay in shipping. I was told that I would get a pre-delivery message prior to actual delivery, so I could adjust the date if necessary; I'd previously emailed Raw and someone emailed me back representing as much, as I was going to be out of town in early December. Thus I was lulled into a false sense of getting the information I needed. But I never got it. And the box arrived at my workplace while I was out of town. And sat there.... perishable....

Difficult to use Groupon. Several phone calls to get activated. Then separate online order process to get shipping. Shipping $35 extra (but still a good price). Customer service always friendly, however, product did not arrive when requested even though I received a fedex tracking email saying product had shipped. New estimated arrival is about 1 week after I requested it. Which meant I couldn't do the juice cleanse when I wanted to before Christmas. I'll update review once I've had the opportunity to try the product.

Hi there, sometimes refrigerators are too cold for the juice to properly thaw. You can try running them under hot water or putting them in front of a heater with a fan on them. The best way to defrost the juices is on the counter overnight in a cooler, they are usually perfect consistency by morning 😄 Sorry for any inconvenience.
