“Iv been working with Realtair & Tiarne now about a month now and I absolutely love the platform. It's very user friendly and if there is anything I cannot figure out Tiarne is always available to help me.
Iv been using it to send out recent sales updates to homeowners in a specific suburb and it has been very well received by people. I always follow up with a phone call the day after sending and I’d say 3 out of 5 people I speak to agree to receive another update in 6 months.
I would highly recommend using this platform if you're new to the industry or an established agent looking to streamline your processes.”

“It's a great idea but the program is so glitchy it's terrible to work with. You change the template, publish it, then go to your campaign and update the changes to the template and they don't feed through. It also loses pages. I have a client waiting on a proposal, it's dropped the pricing page off the campaign, it's now after hours in the Eastern State so I have no support - I'm really upset with it.”

“Product works as stated, however the integration of CRM does not. We were advised at the start that our CRM would have a full integration with realtair without having the need to double enter data and also to keep a full track record of what is being sent out with tasks that can be generated. This is not at all what is happening. There is no integration to the "Pitch" product which is what we signed up to. The team needs to be a little clearer in what can be integrated and what cannot.”
