“I am very impressed with RebusFarm! They have developed a smooth and simple platform that integrates right into animation software like 3ds Max, and the customer service has been absolutely incredible! The online chat representatives have been responsive and helpful when I've had questions and they are equipped to take action and resolve issues with render jobs. “Live chat customer service here is above and beyond. They'll stick with you through out the process and answer anything you need to know instantly. As my first time rendering from a render farm with a big scene I didn't know what to expect price wise but my experience with them is that your estimated cost can end up being scarier than what it actually turns out to be in the end. I'm sure that's not every case but have been pleasantly surprised with every project I've rendered with them. The plugin for C4D is user friendly and tutorials are a helpful guide on top of it all. Definitely recommend!”

“I sent a test file to render and received an error message but they answered very quickly and, after 2 tests, they solved it. The attention was absolutely great. After they solved my issue I asked a fair amount of questions and they patiently answered every single one of them. Again, amazing customer service.”

“By far the best plugin. Certainly the best service. Near instant support on hand whenever you need it and constantly improving their software. Once or twice I've tried cheaper alternatives but they're just not worth the hassle - Rebus never fails and if something does go wrong like a slave getting stuck they're only too happy to help out. Can't recommend them enough.”
