“The thing to remember about Recovery for Athletes is that they seem not to manufacture or stock the majority of what they re-sell. They accept orders, which they forward on to whatever company manufactures the goods that were ordered, but they don't manufacture anything and they don't seem to stock anything. So if you run in to difficulties with your order, there is almost nothing they can do. They're just a middle-man. They may make a good-faith effort to support you, but that's it.”
“My bike was received and though they were unable to ship it assembled as stated when I originally ordered it, they did send someone out right away to put it together for me. This bike is an amazing quality. Very much like the model that I used to ride at LA fitness. Covid sheltering brought my cycling to an abrupt halt… But I feel like I’ve picked up only slightly behind where I left off. Absolutely worth the investment!”
“When I ordered my bike I was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. I received my bike on the third week from date of purchase. I was also told the bike would arrive assembled, it arrived un-assembled. I had to wait for fa technician to come to my home to assemble the bike. I have yet to receive the heart monitor that was also promised. I also asked if a manger could call me and I am still waiting for that phone call. The bright side to this experience was your CS team Hayes and Rick.”

I am sorry about your unsatisfactory experience. I will say that your bike was purchased on Friday, May 15th and it was shipped out on May 26th. This was accurate within the 7-10 business days that we told you upon purchasing. We also told you that we would be sending a tech to assemble it for you and we tried to schedule it as close to the delivery date as possible given the COVID-19 circumstances.

“Awesome company. I bought in the middle of COVID19 as my gym was closed and was anxious to get back on a bike. I inquired about the shipping and got a quick response back estimating the shipping date. It came to my house on the day it was supposed to (I know much of that has to do with the delivery carrier) and everything came in perfect condition. The company almost seemed too good to be true so I thought it might be a scam. I assure you it's not. Please buy from them - you won't regret it. Extremely happy customer!”
“Ordered a the Newport Club fluid rower during this pandemic junk. They were still able to fill my order within 2 weeks. Everything arrived in good condition. Assembly was simple. “Your company has been great however my Theragun has not been working for four days. I have emailed Theragun and your company is trying to contact them on my behalf also. In four days I have received one response from theragun that was a question about my phone. I have even tried to add it to a newer phone and it will not work. Would really like to send it back and get another one if we cannot get this resolved soon. Again you guys have been great, and I think it is just a glitch with the electronics/app. But is has made the gun completely unusable. They have not responded to you all either according to the email I got tonight.

“I love my new bike. As a small female carrying it inside and putting it together was really tough and a bummer that it couldn’t come constructed but that’s reality right now. That being said, I was promised a repair kit because it wasn’t coming constructed and it did not come. I was also told I would get a mat and stretch pads and was not provided those. I called and emailed and was told they ran out of both which is a major disappointment.”
