PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!! As previously reviews have said, it is virtually impossible to book an experience. They quickly took m money to upgrade a voucher I was given as a gift. The only way of contacting them is through an o line chat. Fortunately I downloaded all the chats as the operators were not interested in helping in anyway. Five times they promised to send me an email but none ever arrived. They stated the emails could take up to 30 minutes. Mine didn’t arrive after 2 days. The refused to refund my money until I told them I had referred the case to the fraud team through my bank.

we booked to see jersey boys only to find out the show finished the week before, we got no apologies until asking for one, and they also refused to reimburse our travel fees going to london, we are going to let all our family and friends to make sure they don’t waste their money on this rubbish.

This company is a SCAM😡 - we were given a Giftbox as a gift valid for 2 years. However when trying to activate this it keeps coming "Voucher No. Or Pin Invalid". We have tried activating this numerous times and each time the Voucher No and Pin No has been typed in correctly. Also been trying to contact Customer Services for weeks now but the number is constantly engaged😫. The online chat is useless and doesn't deal with any real problems so you've got no help or backup. Please be aware when looking to buy a gift - dont waste your money on this rip-off company.

I would recommend to stay far away from this provider - unless you want to experience pain and suffering and endless frustration with their poor website and customer service. On 9/01/23 I purchased a voucher for my parents as a present. They tried to use this voucher but to no avail. They paid £20 extra to upgrade to a new spa experience, to be sent a new voucher - which they then could not book on the website. It would simply send them in a loop to book other vouchers but not to allow them to use the one they actually wanted. They then got in touch with Anthony, on the support us chat function, on 10/12/23 - where they were essentially told that nothing can be done and Anthony could not help them make a booking - despite them clearly stating they have a disability and have been struggling severely with the website and the whole process. We asked for a phone call, due to the disability - and was told that wasn't possible and no further help can be offered. In the end, Anthony re-issued the £99.99 that was initially paid for this voucher, so that can be used. After a lot of faff, effort, and being sent on yet another loop on the website where we could not book the experience we wanted - we managed to finally secure a partial experience worth £49 at Ask to now discover that somehow the WHOLE voucher was used up for that experience, essentially meaning we lost £50 and there seems to be no way to get it back. We emailed the company on multiple occasions with no reply. This experience has been stressful, upsetting, unprofessional and not in line with the Equality Act 2010. Do not use them. Save yourselves!

Bought a deluxe gourmet voucher. What a rip off! Can stay in any of the hotels cheaper than cost of voucher! Dick Turpin wore a mask! Do not use this company.

Got 2 vouchers as wedding gifts and can't use them in Wales as hardly any places accept them. Also, everything is more expensive than the voucher. Rip off really.

I was given a voucher for a present. As many before have said the website is appauling, the venues too far away, and the cost of the actual booking is not far off what you have to pay over and above the value of the voucher. Total rip off.

Such poor value. £100 voucher for my birthday gave no real choice, added to it to get a 10 min helicopter ride which got cancelled very late. Rebooked but couldn’t go so tried to postpone, they wanted another £100!

This company will happily take your money and its only after they have taken your money you find the experience you paid for has no venues available within a 50mile radius available before the voucher expires. And 4 months on still cant a reponse from them for a refund on their con. BUYER BEWARE - BE PREPARED TO BE IGNORED AND LOSE YOUR MONEY

Total rip off , search site rubbish ,hardly any hotels or dates and then want extra money for hotels. Once you call hotel to make sure legit they say “I’m on another call I’ll call back and then don’t” And that’s the hotels 🤦🏼‍♂️ Xmas gift from my daughter scandalous . Stay away from this company.

I have a gift voucher to use but when you try to use it on the link you have to use, the event I chose is £30 more than on the normal website. Apparently it is in the terms and conditions. What is the point of a gift voucher if you have to pay more. Offered a refund on the live chat which was then withdrawn as George said he made a mistake. I challenged him on this so he ended the chat. Poor customer service, poor value for money and all in all poor treatment.

Customer service woeful. Nobody to ring, just a bot which is useless. "FAQs" which don't answer your question. If anything goes wrong your money is lost (in my case a helicopter flight that was called off for bad weather).

My gorgeous thoughtful partner bought me a spa with afternoon tea, I have tried to redeem only to be sent other vouchers in bits, now says code not valid. I have got myself in a right state trying to book so as not to upset him by telling him what a rubbish gift, so much so I'll probably book direct and repay to save his feelings and let him.think Iused his gift. Awful company. Am very angry. What should be a pleasure is a nightmare

OK, the idea is great, and we were given vouchers to use, so not all the money involved was ours. However 1. We had to pay to extend the vouchers 2. The website is appalling and tortuous to use - round and round in circles for what should be a simple transaction 3. There's no sign of any help chat, helpdesk or any way to sort things out I'd have to advise that you don't buy vouchers from this service

I think this must be some sort of scam. Paid a lot of money for a spa day voucher and a voucher for afternoon tea. When it came to making the actual booking, had to pay extra to just get the spa day. I asked customer service if I could lodge a complaint and they said NO!!!! I would never use this company again, and I would warn others against using them too.

Terrible customer service. I have a voucher but on the site i'm now being asked to pay an additional £35 to use the voucher. Impossible to talk to anyone. The bot is hopeless.

Don’t use this company. Got given a voucher for cinema and meal for two as a gift. Have spent 7 days trying to get second part of voucher (meal) activated. All they say is voucher was not activated, although I have activated the first part. They expect me to travel over 100 miles to get the retailer to activate it again. The cost will be more than the voucher. Customer service just kept going round in circles, not listening. DO NOT BUY

Awful, bought a gift for a friend a spa day for 2 plus treatments and lunch, hotel wouldn’t accept the voucher even though it was a named location. There’s no customer service at all, no number no instant chat. I send messages on social media that were ignored. Total waste of £155
