“Bought as a gift so can’t comment on product although looks great quality. Fantastic communication throughout delivery process, lots of updates which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to others and will be using again.”

“Purchased a rucksack for our son in Adelaide. Absolutely first class service, particularly as DHL printed an incorrect house number. The red team were fantastic at sorting this out, and thanks to Alex in particular. Our son received the rucksack today. He is thrilled with his Christmas gift and looking forward to putting it to use.”

“I pre-ordered a Men's Long Sleeve Pro Change Robe - Grey with Red Lining - back in October. It arrived 2 weeks later. It was a key piece of gear for getting me through my Ice Mile swim in December. Perfect to wear to the water's edge & replaces the need for a towel when you get out. An internal pocket to hold underwear/great would be nice.”

“Got a follow up email from a member of the team the following day after I placed my order which was a really nice touch; although they haven’t since replied yet. I haven’t got the item out of the lovely bag it came in as I won’t be able to fold it as well and it is for a Christmas present! Well presented in a bag! Also little pack of haribos in with delivery which was a nice touch! The disappointing part is the postage cost of £5 for one item!! I had used a blue light discount code which was not good in the end because of that cost and that was the only option at the end and I really wanted the item so had to pay it. I had previously looked around the site to find shipping cost as that can often put me off and it said £2.99 then when I got to the basket it wasn’t so was quite gutted!! Will see what the item is like on Christmas Day but very excited to give it as a gift! :)”
