I found the labs to be out of date and needs updates and corrections in some parts(there has been a corrections document provided by trainer). Snapshots need to be updated in labs. Labs are sluggish and less responsive. A lot of times have to re-open the RDP sessions. Trainer is definitely knowledgeable but haven't given any personal experiences or real life experiences. Just mostly sticking to the content in the power point slides reading them through. Found trainer to be very good/patient with catering to everyone's issues with the labs solving them one by one. Main issue for me is I found issues most of the time understanding the trainers accent. Found it hard to concentrate on both understanding the technical part along with the sounding. With slow pace of teaching this could probably be sorted out? I feel I probably missed out on deeper theoretical understanding on majority of topics due to this. This has been a similar experience with my CCSA training as well last month. So this is important that i have to bring this up. Overall the biggest take with this course for me is the thorough content and labs even if it means slow labs(this has been covered by providing extra time for labs which is good).

We have carefully noted the points you raised and will address them in the order they were mentioned. Firstly, regarding the lab guides, we have requested the vendor make the necessary updates; these sit with them; we do not have direct control over this, but rest assured they will be corrected in future releases. Concerning the sluggishness of the lab, there may be multiple factors that may or may not have contributed to this. We are currently investigating issues related to ISP, configuration, and hardware. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regarding the patience of the instructor, some students deviated from the lab setup guide, which caused additional issues for themselves. Thank you for pointing out this positive aspect. In terms of field experience and fluency, may I suggest enrolling you in a class next month with our most highly experienced English-speaking instructor? I will have my account manager reach out to you to arrange a resit at no additional cost. They will also check your availability for next month, at your convenience. The trainer was good with his knowledge. The training document should have been shared after the course. LAB duration should be extended for at least 2 days and after LAB extension there should be a short Q&A session to clear the doubts.

Trainer delivery was fine, however, the content of the course was not ideal. Was more of an initial setup course rather than Prisma overview. The fact the course was centred around panorama rather than cloud manager meant the scope of the course was limited in its content. furthermore, a substantial amount of time during the 3.2 days course was spent waiting for configuration deployments to complete.

Some aspects such as labs with problems, even though they are not Rededucation's responsibility, need to be improved in terms of functionality, as they influence the progress of the course and the interaction with the training material.

Teacher was good in the technical explanation. But the laboratory leaves something to be desired very badly.

Good Session for SDWAN Starters , and i don't really see it a right Session for a group with Solution Architects and enterprise Architects in group . Entire Items on discussions wouldn't be so relevant for the group .

I understand that a company that aims to provide courses at a global level needs to be attentive and willing to make concessions and adjustments that meet the diverse cultural needs and requirements of each country. In this sense, I made a rather simple request to Red Education, which was to include the total number of hours (course duration) on the certificate. This information is quite common, frequently requested, and also provided by the majority of Brazilian companies. However, the response was simply, "No, this is not possible." I found this truly regrettable and believe that in this case, there was a lack of willingness to accommodate my request.

Need to at least segregate students who are new to the product with the ones who are experienced. The labs should be available for a longer period of time like a month or so atleast.

Yes, it is frustrating when inexperienced students attend; we do stress a minimum of prerequisites prior to attending, but some students take these on when they are clearly inexperienced. It's impossible for us to police everyone if they overestimate their capabilities. Lab usage is an extremely expensive option to allow free use for thirty days for all students. We'd love to do it, however, as we train thousands of students, this would restrict our student number as there are only so many labs you can build at any one time, and commercially, the costs would be exorbitant, with students unwilling to spend anymore. Unfortunately, commercially, this isn't an option, even though we'd love to do it. Red Education accounts team does not frequently communicate. Offerings in Cloud, Virtualization domain is higher than other providers. They don't look up to the opportunities available & do what is available with them.

Trainer should be from the same time zone. Should use annotation and explain more in details not just read the slide. Training labs are not the latest one.
