I is not complete knowledge of prisma access. I am interested to deploye hands on secondory WAN for service connection but can't work it. some other example like user-id redistibution, internal gateway. It is to basic for who already working in on prisam access.

I recently completed the CCNA with Red Education which i enjoyed. Our timezone was taken into consideration when scheduling which was appreciated, though we were happy to be somewhat flexible. The content was good, though I struggled with the trainer a little with trying to understand him sometimes. Overall though, was happy with the course and content

My suggestion is next time you sit a delivery, ask if you can sit in on a class with "Jerry", based in our Sydney office. He was also voted CISCO's Most Distinguished Instructor of the Year and comes highly recommended. Hope we see you back for further training. I have attended many oter trainings for Checkpoint and this is not great tarining compared to those in teh past. Instructor was so great and was not helpful in troubleshooting and fixing teh lab issues.

I managed to complete the CCSE course after a lab extension . Mike's errata lab gotchas he shared to the group was very helpful Feedback Monday – Incorrect labs was setup for 4 of 7 students. Loss of lab time was approximately 90min Monday Night – I was catching up on Lab 3 afterhours but my VM was restarted at 9:30pm due to maintenance. I was running install DB when the restart occurred. I am assuming it was due to Windows Updates Tuesday Morning. 1 of the GWs wasn’t healthy due to a corruption. I lost another 45 min due to Helpdesk restoring the GW. Pod 32 was moved to a faster host during my outage. I lost another 15 to 30 minutes, HA lab I could only work partially. I was online until 10pm Tuesday but I couldn’t fix my issues after googling, checking Forums, restarting gateways Wednesday Morning – I logged a call to Helpdesk cc Instructor to assist with the issues I am facing. SD closed the request. Instructor wasn’t able to fix the rabbit hole unfortunately. Unable to complete the LDAP labs. Wednesday Afternoon – approx. 4pm all of the labs went offline for all students. Instructor finished the final lecture and it was still offline. I logged in for a couple of hours until 10pm without success.

Unfortunately, you know, in I.T., technical difficulties catch you out, and sometimes, no matter how hard you try, triaging a problem can take time. Need a good knowledge of SDWAN instructor to explain end-to-end traffic flow from DC-Branch and Branch to DC using different carriages. Plus need to have good knowledge of SDWAN cloud control how to give a reachability via different carriages, cloud controller login, how it establishes routing table and send to DC and Branch devices, policy built etc.

I'm sorry, this wasn't up to your expectations. The vendor expects us to follow a specific curriculum, and it's very difficult to deviate from the courseware materials. We do try, however, to accommodate all the students' needs. However, due to time constraints, it can be very challenging to answer everyone's personal requirements. - Not enough time to finish the labs - The trainer advised that the labs will be extended for few days or atleast during the weekend. But access was removed on the last day of training.

Lab Guides - errors as old as 2022. please fix! Courseware Materials (E.g access manual available), Lab Durations (additional lab time can be rented through our website) are okay! Please do not perform consecutive 2-hours straight of training without any toilet break!

Ensuring customer satisfaction is my top priority. The lab errors sit with Palo Alto Networks and are something we can't fix. However, I will pass along your comments and will take into consideration more breaks during the delivery. Sometimes its difficult based on how quickly the students pick up the content. Whilst the content was good, and the training material detailed, there were a couple of typo's or incorrect steps. The biggest fault I had was with the reliability of the training environment. As the week went on the environment seemed to become less stable, with Friday not being able to do any labs. A lab extension was supplied and i was able to complete over the weeekend however.

I had a few issues with the overall experience of this course as the registration had no communication until I reached out. I am expecting another course next week that I had been planning time to take that is now also being pushed out with no notice. The trainer dint speak clear consistent English and some of the way material was read or explained caused confusion for other course members who had no previous knowledge. The trainer was clearly prepared for specific course information but didn't have great ability to speak to real world questions about the system and software. I felt that I spoke more to my day to day work and experience than what was given from the course. The labs were good experience but lacked certain items in the manual such as SIP connections and the webrtc. I did experience issues with bugs that didn't allow for certain items to work that needed intervention from Red Education which caused delays in my experience. It would also be helpful for the lab demonstration to be a video or a trainer walk through previous than just reading screen grabs.

Overall had a good experience but the course is strictly tailored for Operations teams, this can be refined to include deployment process and managerial aspects also which can be really important for beginners and leadership respectively.
