“They constantly run specials and are not able to fulfil orders. I ordered 2/18/21 and have only received the order confirmation email. They charged my credit card right away. Nothing has been sent so it's not a mail delay. I ordered items for Easter which has come and gone. I've reached out 3 times so far and nothing. The order was a special they were running and no personalization required.”
“past three orders have been extremely long 4 to 6 weeks with no shipping confirmation or communication on this last order on March 24. . The specials take the longest. Very disappointed in customer service response. I'm still waiting on my March 24th order for the 3 t shirts special. I doubt i"ll be ordering again even though I really like the products I've ordered in the past.”
“I ordered a t shirt and received in February. I have only worn a few times. The stitching around the neck is coming loose. I tried to patch but disappointed.”
“I've ordered from here multiple times in the last few years, but lately it seems that it has gone drastically downhill. The products are nice and of good quality once you receive them...but the timing it takes to get them is beyond ridiculous. All of my previous orders within the last six months have taken at least a month or more before I ever get a shipping confirmation. Even with a tracking number (it is just pre printed label), items have sat for a few weeks before actually getting shipped. You try to email or fill out their customer service form and receive no reply or update. The money paid for the items is taken same day order was placed. I am down to waiting on one order I placed in late January and haven't received. Once that arrives I think I'm done ordering from Redline. They need to quit sending promotional emails and FB posts updating new machinery and buildings, and actually focus on the existing backlog of orders they have. The responses I've seen from Colin on some of the posts asking about overdue orders is rude. I liked the idea of American made products and supporting Veteran owned business. Again, the products I've ordered have been great, but the lack of professionalism and long arrival timing is very off-putting.”
“Customer service sucks! Left numerous voice messages, several email messages regarding my order! NO RESPONSE, until one month later!!! After I contacted my Discover card. Nicole told me, who expects to receive their order within ONE MONTH!!! I placed my order on March 3rd for a St. Patrick’s Day shirt!!! Send me a return shipping label! And, take customer service training!!!!!!!!”
“Have heard nothing from the company despite attempts to reach out. Did a websearch and not only found this page, but also the BBB and that currently has 1019 complaints against Redline Steel. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I admit I am sorry because I ordered the item as a representation of my last name (it's a flower so it was a pre-made item it appeared so no specializations needed). Why couldn't they just reply back to emails/etc? It would only take a moment. I'm an officer in an organization and even though things pile up, I do answer my email at least once or three if I can times a week so people know I am respecting them.”
“DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't waste your time. These people do not return phone calls or correspondence in any form. I have been waiting well over 6 weeks and not a single person will talk to me, other than of course when they had to get my money. I've paid good money for my item, and they refuse to give me my money back. This company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves.”
“Need to return a T shirt because it was it was the wrong size. I want to return for a refund but, they would not accept it because it had been taken out of pkg. and tried on. Ridiculous!!! How do you know if it fits if you don’t try it on.”
“no one responds to either phone calls or on line. I am beginning to think this is a rip off. It is a shame because it puts a bad light on veteran owned businesses.”
“Same problem as those below. Ordered an item 2/2/2021, still nothing. Contacted on the website and a few times by email, no response at all. You can check on your order status but it has been "in production" since the day I ordered it. This is the second time I have experienced long delays but the first was in December so I figured they were slammed due to Christmas. I will also never order anything from them again...and will just wait for what I did order. Wish they would take "Veteran" off their site, they are a disgrace to our fine Veterans!”
“Terrible company to work with. I ordered to “home” signs. Got them & they turned around and ordered items fir me & charged them to my credit card. I DID NOT order them!! Tried numerous times to call them but all I ever got was a guy talking & you couldn’t leave a message. I will never order anything from them again. To top that off the items they sent which I emailed 3x stating I didn’t order anything else was items I wouldn’t have ordered!!”
“3/27/22
Order submitted in January, a gift for my great granddaughter. This was over two months ago. I requested information on this order several times. Shocker, I actually talked to a person last week. I was told my order is “Still in production.” Two months to produce advertised items. I don’t think so. I want to order three pieces now, but I will not. If/when this order is clear, I’m done with Redline Steel. It makes me sad.”
“THINGS WENT WELL FOR AWHILE. NOW ALL OF SUDDEN, I PLACE ORDERS, MY MONEY IS TAKEN AND NOTHING. NO COMMUNICATIONS. NO RETURN EMAILS. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. NO MERCHANDISE/ORDERS ARRIVING. THE ONLY EMAILS INCOMING ARE OFFERS TO SPEND MORE MONEY WITH THEM. NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT/SERVICE. SLOW, NOT AT ALL SHIPMENT OF MERCHANDISE ORDERED. NO REFUNDS AS REQUESTED. HYPOCRITICAL ADVERTISING OF VETERAN & RELIGIOUS TO REEL PEOPLE INTO TO SPEND MONEY. SHAME ON YOU !!!”
“Same story as everyone else. What lights my fire is they're still ripping people off even though we're using PayPal. You would think was an overseas operation. I've dealt with these companies before. Orders placed in Jan... 3 items, one was supposed to be free but I was charged for it. Because I've been burned before, I save everything. Every email, take screenshots of what I've ordered, everything in a folder with my email service. Took me a little bit to get everything together. I do this because they will tell you they need an order # but when you go to your account page on their site, you don't have an account! So last night I got everything together and wrote them an email to their customer service. Laid it down like Clint Eastwood. Tell them you want your order immediately or you want a refund immediately. Say I've already spoken with my bank and if this is not resolved by the end of the week they are going to issue a chargeback. This morning I got an email that my order is on the way. There were two charges of $29 on the same day back in December. I don't have any saved emails or anything so I'm wondering if they just charged me without my permission. I'm not going to even mess with that, I'm just going to tell my bank exactly what's going on and I will dispute the charges with my bank and I will get that money back too.”
“I placed my order in late Jan, for 5 items,, its MARCH 22 . I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ITEMS,, EVEN THO EMAIL SAYS IT WAS DELIVED AT 730 PM Ive been home all day and eve nothing is in mailbox or outside,,,,, EXTREMLY DISSAPOINTING”
“I just like everyone else writing a complaint I place an order Feb first in good faith believing a "veteran owned" gifts for my children, over $100.00 that now I feel its lost money I am a veteran's widow on a budget, how sad, I have written and called just like everyone else and get the same and the same answer, the order is being processed,”
“Redline Steel, please accept some good advice: you guys need to spend a lot less money on taking new orders and marketing to get new orders, and put some of that money on "filling the orders you already have taken" and have taken the money for, and "deliver those orders in a timely manner" !!!
Your expected lead times also need to be posted or quoted up front especially when they're 5 to 8 weeks and longer. I placed orders on February 18th, 19th and I believe the 24th and I still have not received any of them yet. I received an email saying it usually takes 3 to 6 weeks so I'm waiting to see. Your reviews confirm what I'm saying here and I hope you will take some good advice. It's sad to see y'all are ruining your reputation while highly promoting that you are veteran-owned, too.”
