“Bottom line, do not order products from Redline Steel. Go local, support local.
I bought some custom products from them as Christmas gifts. Two arrived, one hasn't. I've tried to contact the company via email 3 different times and not once have I received a reply. Both of the items that were delivered were warped. This was probably due to the cheap packaging and crappy 3rd party shipping company that I've never heard of that gives the packages to USPS. One of the items has a very slight chip in one area, so that shows they probably didn't prepare the steel properly before coating.
The missing item is one that shipped a week before the other two and has been held up by OSM Worldwide.
A few days after ordering, I began to wonder why I haven't received any sort of shipping info, so I started digging on the website. That's when I discovered the ridiculously long shipping times. So I found their chat box and asked where the order was at in the process and if it hasn't been started, I wanted to cancel because they failed to communicate the delivery times. The lady I chatted with just regurgitated what I already found out, offered no solution, and told me it's company policy that there are no refunds on custom items. I said if the items haven't even been started, there should be no reason that it can't be refunded. She never replied, but the following week I did receive a shipping notification for the first item, the one that is lost by the hands of OSM Worldwide.
I'm all about veteran owned companies (I am a veteran as well, so I understand), but I draw the line at poor customer service. This company is best served by shutting their doors and finding another line of work where they don't have to deal with any sort of customer service.
As for my solution, I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can do a charge back for part of the order. Perhaps this would get this company to respond.”
“I tried to order a "free" snowflake that I only had to pay shipping and handling on. When I tried to order it online, it automatically offered me a 3-pack and charged my credit card $32. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but got no response from customer service. After three emails I finally got through to customer service and they told me that "promotional" items are nonrefundable. Their customer service absolutely refused to help me either cancel the order or obtain a refund. Buyers beware!”
“Terrible company the owner has zero sense of morals he robs people by making his website set up where you automatically get signed up for a monthly subscription that is near impossible to get rid of. I’m surprised he isn’t under investigation.”
“Although I respect Colin the owner I cannot say the same for their customer service and how their wepage is run. They don't clarify on discounts or deals that you can't use your credits. Plus they try to get you to purchase more under false advertising free shipping if you do add on products. Don't pay with PayPal as it will not show your the final total and ask for authorization to purchase and order, as it automatically charges and then you don't know the total until they send you an email confirmation. Because of this I wanted it canceled and refunded. Customer service will argue with you and only state you can have a gift card. Lame customer service over 18 bucks! Lost my business and I will tell others too! Colin your head of customer service is really not a nice guy.”
“Wow! Very unethical and corrupt company Ordered a flag and through their maze of ordering buttons to actually place your order I accidently ordered 2 metal flags. (I'm convinced it's set up that way to confuse people) Even though it said my order was pending and would ship in 3 business days. I contacted them and they said no refund on promotional items! What a scam! And this company is supposedly run by a Christian owner?? Shoppers BEWARE of wolves in sheep's clothing!!”

“I placed an order a month before my friends wedding and found out that it takes 6 to 8 weeks before it’s even shipped. They recently had a promo where there was 32% off because of their owners birthday and was unable to figure out how to get the discount. There’s an 800 number to call but all that does is direct you to the website I have tried emailing them asking questions with no response.”

“I ordered something back in early June and still haven’t received it. It’s august 27th. Their customer service department is very nice to speak with but they wait time is insane and they don’t even try to explain or offer proactive correspondence. I wouldn’t recommend you order from them unless you don’t mind waiting almost 3 months for a couple of shirts. I hate to give bad reviews but this was just a horrible experience.”

One order was complete the other order was missing half of it,when I sent a email it was kicked back to me saying it was delivered. They have nice products but poor customer service”

“I’ve purchased numerous items from Redline Steel company both for myself and as gifts. I can honestly and unequivocally say that I love their products, both the decorative ones and the Tshirts. I’ve never had any problems with any of my orders either until my recent one. I’m disappointed and discouraged that customers haven’t been able to reach them. Part of the problem with my order is that I ordered 2 gift shirts in the wrong size and need to exchange them. But I’m also
missing 2 Tshirts I ordered and need to make sure I get them. I have ordered at least 25-30 products over an extended period of time and think they’re all terrific‼️ I especially love the $2 Tuesdays and $5 club that I joined. 👌🏼🤗👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Plus I’m very happy and proud to support our incredible veterans, especially because my dad was in the army during WWII and my son is a doctor in the Navy.❤️🇺🇸💙”

return call back ! If this is how they do business I will never order from them again. I do hope I get the one purchase I made soon.
I was on board to support a Veteran owned business , but now I have serious doubts about the legitiamcy of the company.

“I placed an order 8/06/2021 on some items that they said was overstock, it is now 8/15/2021 and my items still have not shipped.
If it was overstock it should be available to ship. I really would like these items once I get them I will not order from them again.

“Their customer service is non-existent. I’ve called, emailed and tried to chat with no success. When I reached out on Facebook to ask about my order status I was told orders ship within 3-6 weeks. Seeing as my order was older than 6 weeks I requested a shipment date and was told “soon”. No further assistance. Not even an apology for the delay.”
