“Reformed Film Lab provided great service from start to end. I had questions about my order that they responded to so promptly and kindly. Additionally, they really are one of the best companies I’ve experienced with communication. They updated me along the way and really kept to their estimated timelines for processing a film development order. I ordered digital scans and prints and the prints turned out amazing! Also huge thumbs up for the packaging which kept all the prints save in transit. Couldn’t recommend Reformed Film Lab enough & will definitely be using them for future film needs!”

“My second large batch of film processing by RFL and great work as before. This time however I got in a hurry and forgot to fill in the shipping line. The default is to assume negatives are not needed so are not shipped. After shipping my film I was reading the order email from RFL and noticed my mistake. They responded right away and my problem was taken care of. Other than that, as with my previous RFL order, the uncut negatives were shipped in a much better manner than my previous lab. A softer negative sleeve material and larger box prevent the crinkles I often got in my uncut negatives from my previous lab.”
