“This lab puts people first. I sent in some APS film (which I didn’t realize they don’t develop) and they directed me to another lab that would take it. They told me I would just have to fill out a form on the other company’s website and they’d ship my film to them. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure my film was being taken care of. They also were very transparent about how long developing/scanning would take, how my film’s exposure looked to them (I’m always open to information that’ll help me improve), and about any changes to my bill. I had Sierra helping me. She sent a personalized video my way saying hi. Even though I’m on the other side of the country, I feel very much involved in the development process!”

“Reformed Film Lab is a very high quality film processing company. My prints turned out great and the scans were easy to download to my phone and also look great. My film originally was lost in the mail and Reformed provided a refund but the film was found and they reached out to me and still developed the film! Overall great company.”

“It was really great working with the Reformed Film Lab! I sent in ten rolls from a recent trip to the UK and RFL DELIVERED! Not only were they kind enough to cover the portion of the postage fee I forgot to pay (highly recommend double-checking it online!), but they checked in with me every step of the process. The scans turned out great and they sent me back the original film so quickly. I can't wait to order prints from them as soon as I decide which to print! I can't recommend RFL enough. Great company, fantastic service.”
