“Unbelievably high level of personal service. My telephone inquiry was answered and resolved very quickly. The model of Dell monitor that I wanted was out of stock, but they phoned me back when one came in, put it to one side, phoned me again to make sure that I was aware how to pay for it through the web site and it was with me the very next day. Add to this the incredible saving and comprehensive warranty on their Dell items; well, I am one very, very happy customer. Thank you, NRG-iT”

“The only problem I have with this review is its star rating as 5 stars does not seem enough to do justice to NRG:IT, so I hope my following comments help to overcome this. I found the customer service to be outstanding in all aspects, NRG:IT went out of their way to satisfy all my questions and and alleviate all my concerns over my purchase of my Dell monitor for use in photo editing. NRG:IT went out of their way to thoroughly test the monitor prior to dispatching it to me, I cannot fault them in their care and willingness to address any concerns I had.”

“Admittedly, I was a bit dubious at first as I've never heard of NRG:IT and the monitor I was looking at was a whopping £220 cheaper than that of my local PC World. I thought it sounded too good to be true but eventually decided to go ahead and buy it. And boy, am I glad I did. The monitor arrived within a couple of working days and was packaged very well. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I will certainly be looking to NRG:IT for any DELL items before I look anywhere else from now on.”
