“Before I make my purchase I had a number of questions concerning the service and the actual product. The NRG: IT support team answered these questions in a professional and quickly manner. Re insuring me to be confident to make a purchase with them. The key selling points are the 3 year on-site warranty and the low product price compared to other re-sellers. The only downside was that I had to wait over 3 months for the product to come available in stock. Suggest that the company has a method in which to inform customer when the product is in stock and provide any updates if there were any delays. As to the receipt of the product, it came delivered in a timely manner and well packaged to ensure that the product came to me in one piece. Overall I am happy with the service and product that I have purchased from this company. Product: Dell U2515h Date of purchase: 03/10/2016”

“Well packaged, delivered promptly, brand new unopened box, monitor as expected. Unfortunately I had to go out at short notice so missed both notification email and delivery first time by DPD. However, redelivery occurred the following day. Found the tracking system promoted on the website to be uninformative. Can rely on the deliverer notification email instead (if DPD) but note this does come only one half to one hour before delivery so not much use if planning your day several hours beforehand. Otherwise perfect.”

“NRG:IT Top class great comunications and info about my monitor several times before and during my quest to buy, indeed it was the info over several times that finaly swung me to buy from NRG:IT The depth of knowalge on my monitor was exelent plus the promise of follow up. With this info no one else stood a chance. Thanks to Andy and his assistance.”
