“I am an IT professional who buys a lot of goods online. I bought a Dell monitor from NRG: this is as good as online shopping gets. The price was 30% cheaper than anywhere else and delivery was prompt. The monitor was fine but had a small issue, something I was aware most shops would not consider good enough for a replacement. Alex at NRG was incredibly helpful and not only accepted a return, but got his techs to especially check and select a replacement that would not have this issue at all. I cannot imagine a better experience. Buy with confidence and be reassured: their bargain prices come with first class customer service.”

“My computer arrived with a damaged front panel (pin missing on cover to USB panel) and I await resolution to this problem. Otherwise excellent service so I just hope this matter can be resolved without any problem”

“I wasn't sure if NRGIT were a reputable company, but I did some Googling and decided to go for it. My Dell P2715Q 4K monitor arrived the next day! Not to mention it was roughly £100 cheaper than Dell! Would definitely recommend them. Stephen”

“Great price on two Dell P2214H monitors without stands. Paid almost half of price , albeit they included stands, found on other online sites. Arrived promptly and in new condition. Recommend to friends, as internet presence not that visible.”

“Outstanding pre-sales service through the live chat function on their website. All my questions were answered quickly. They use DPD for delivery which means the day before delivery you get an hour slot during which your parcel will be delivered as well as the ability to track, in real time, the delivery guy on a map. The monitor I ordered was packaged so well that I imagine you could toss it off a roof and it would be fine. Combine all this with their great prices and I think I've found the only retailer that I'd ever consider buying a monitor from.”

“Generally happy with my monitor purchase. Delivery was very good. My only issue was that I thought I was buying a new monitor and it wasn't, it was a reconditioned one. I was fully aware that NRG:IT sell reconditioned items but there was nothing on the item description to say it was a re-conditioned unit. I think it should be made very clear whether the item is New or Reconditioned.”

“this is very good firm -I purchased cosmetic damagea dell 23 aio-which they updated for Win10pro for me. And a Dell 28" 4k monitor.both were flagged with a more than full description of cosmetic defects- for the aio you literally needed a microscope & had to also adjust the screen to an unusable/unlikely angle to notice minor scratches to the touch screen. for the 4k monitor they selected amongst the panels so I would have a perfect screen (rather than cosmetic scratch) but with a small nick to bezel the price savings were really good”

“I bought two monitors initially but due to a compatibility issue had to return them in exchange for a single monitor upgrade. Normally I'd expect a little resistance from a company with such competitive pricing but to my surprise, it was a straight forward process. I'd like to especially thank Alex for his help and support as he demonstrated first class customer service from the start.”
