“I used to like this brand. Utterly unimpressed by their staff. I saw a dress on sale. It had various new discounted prices written on the tag. It said 75 and 55. None of the numbers looked crossed over , however the 55 was apparently a mistake, but it wasn’t crossed over ! I told them that due to normal contractual obligations, and me being in good faith since it was the last dress there, they should honour me the price they had put on the price tag. The guys in there were absolute a-holes and kept saying I was wrong…. Even though the law says differently. Apparently they’re raised above the law 🙄”
“Bought a jumper that shrunk beyond recognition even though washed to garment instructions. Reiss are not wanting to help as I bought the jumper just a couple of weeks over their 12 month policy. The jumper had only been worn a couple of times and now alas will never be worn again! Total waste of money (£98). I have asked for the email address of their CEO to forward my complaint - I am still awaiting a response - probably ignoring my email! Very disappointed, angry and totally fed up with expensive clothing retailers not caring about selling poor quality garments and then using the ‘we have a 12 month guarantee policy’ as a get out clause and not even attempting to take a case by case approach.”

They deliver and return through Evri which is a very unreliable courier. I ordered 16 items online, which arrived in 4 different packages. I returned 15 out of the 16 items the next day in their original packages with the return labels provided all in the same parcel shop all at the same time. Out of the 4 packages I received confirmation for return for 2 of them, but refunded for only 1 package including 4 items. The other 11 are worth £1377 I normally hang on to the receipt for returns but this time since I received confirmation for 1 out of the 4 packages, I got rid of the receipts thinking the rest will come through too since they were all processed at the same time. The customer service refused to help investigating the case. I have lost £1377. A truly disappointing experience.”
“I bought a Reiss top that was ended up being very large. I sent it back using the label they sent me. I never received a credit back. The top was $255. They answered my first email when I asked where my credit was and then went silent......Terrible customer service and they give you very little information in order to track returns.”

I unfortunately kept the black dress item number: A76307, I tried it on, it fit. I went to wear it - for a Wedding and put it on and it literally came apart at the waist, the seam came apart, lol o paid a Fortune for a dress I cannot even wear!! For just over 2 weeks Ive been chasing a refund from Reiss worth £225. They say they issued it to PayPal, PayPal say no they didn't. Ive provided all of the transaction codes from PayPal but time and time again I get low level representatives who refuse to escalate this to the finance department to see what has actually happened.
Simple answer from them, system says we gave your money back, sorry you don't have it but can you please go away.
This is a low level luxury brand who has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. At this point it looks like I might actually have to go to the small claims court to get my money back, instead of them making one 15 minute phone call to PayPal to figure out what's gone wrong with their system.

But, I could not exchange or get store credit, I had to return items for reimbursement.
