“This is about the 8th time we have used RentalCover.Com both for overseas and Australian travel car rental excess insurance. Easy to arrange online and covers older drivers too. We made a claim once after a small incident in Sicily. It was such an easy process and the claim was settled very quickly for the full amount of our claim - if I recall correctly, it was settled within days. We wouldn’t think of travelling without using their insurance.”

“I have been travelling to Switzerland and every time I would purchase insurance at the rental desk. On this occasion, the insurance at the desk was almost double the price for the rental therefore I have browsed online and found Rentalcover.com, thank God I did, I ended up scrathing the side of the car and having one dent on the other side, while coming out of tight parking space, the total charges for repair were CHF 5000+, with the rental excess at CHF 3000 I had CHF 3000+ deducted from my account. RentalCover.com had sorted me out within 7 days, giving me back all the amount deducted by the car company. Their communication is excellent, I do recommend you keep the following documents in case you would need to claim insurance: SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT, COMMUNICATION WITH RENTAL CAR COMPANY, SELF DECLARATION OF ACCIDENT or POLICE REPORT, BANK STATEMENTS CLEARLY SHOWING CHARGES ON CREDIT CARD. So, in short, I recommend rentalcover.com, but be reminded that purchasing 3rd party insurance will incur in charges on your credit card which can be inconvenient. This company has not let me down, I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I had hired booked a car at Seville airport for our 1st ever trip there & as we had to cancel the entire trip we had to cancel Rental cover and the car thro Keddy/Europcar Anyway we got a refund without any issues so credit where it's due I was use again & happily recommend them , Great customer service team who were very understanding. Full marks to all.”

“I faced situation when the rental car company charged me for minor damage 650 euro. I applied in rentalcover.com for insurance payment. I was really surprised when in two working days i got confirmation that my claim was approved and the next day all payment was on my bank account. Good job. THANKS A LOT!!!”

“My first time with RentalCover, which was for a car rental in Tasmania. I had a very small accident and had to pay the full excess with the car rental company as they needed to claim from a third party car rental company. I submitted a claim with RentalCover immediately and they were following up diligently, reminding me of what's missing from me (final invoice upon settlement with the third party). The car rental company took more than a month to finalise the amount I needed to pay, and when I submitted the final invoice to RentalCover, my claim was approved very quickly. There is no phone support so all communication is done via email. It made me nervous initially as I hadn't been through the claims process. Having had this positive experience now I will definitely go with them again in future.”

“I had a very Minor fender bender in Japan (broken/scraped mirror) for those of you who have driven in Japan you know how strict they can be. I did as required by law and filed a police report. Went to the police station and picked up a copy of my police report. When I contacted Rental cover.com they immediately gave me a claim number and told me to contact them when I got back into the states I filed all the paperwork as requested and within a day and a half I had claim approval in less than three days I have been Reimbursed electronically on my claim very impressed at the speediness and professionalism of this company I will be using them again thank you guys for a smooth and easy transaction.”

“The insurance was easy to apply for and much cheaper than the car rental company's insurance. Instructions for the claiming process was clear and the upload of the required documents straight forward. The claim was settled immediately and reflected in my bank account within one day. Thank you for taking the pain out of this unpleasant experience.”
