“Excellent service tried many firms to repair my grandsons tablet and quoted unbelievable prices and then was recommended Mend Your Repair who price was very reasonable and as the screen was not in stock they had to get one , took it in but it was ready by lunch time next day. Would recommend them to anyone for their very excellent service.”

“I have used this firm for 3 repairs for myself and my grandson.. Good price and good service every time. Due to illness I had occasion to use the collection and delivery service which worked well. Delivery at only £10 was good value and the repaired i-phone was returned within 2 hours....... great service. I would recommend this firm to others unreservedly.”

“I was worried about sending my phone away to a company i had never heard of, but their low prices were just too tempting, and i read some really good reviews about customer service (compared to some other repairers). Sent the phone away Monday morning and i had it back Wednesday morning as good as new. Couldn't be happier with the service. Excellent.”

“Had a problem with my I Phone walked into the shop, Explained to them what happened no problem they said come back in a couple of hours I returned as said to find it was fixed. Returned home and found it was still faulty however took it back and left it with them They found that they could not fix it. There policy is no fix no charge and returned my money there and then. Thank you for being genuine”

“My well used, nearly 2 years old Nexus 4 (LG E960) needed a new battery. Months of Facebook addiction and use of the Waze and TuneIn Radio apps had taken their toll, and the phone was usually out of power by lunchtime. I found Repair Your Mobile (Plymouth) via the famous search engine. They were moderately priced (not the cheapest) and had a professional looking website and favourable reviews. I returned my phone via Royal Mail special delivery on Monday, and it arrived at mobile-hospital on Tuesday, at 8.30am. By 10:15am on the same day, I had an email from DPD telling me a parcel was on the way, and offering a range of useful delivery options, including use of a safe place, or a neighbour. (I'm not saying my neighbour isnt a safe place, but they go out a lot, and the absence of a phone meant I was actually having to communicate with people). Anyway - the phone arrived back safely, well packed in bubble wrap and a perfect-for-purpose box two days after I sent it with the work completed. Happy. Would recommend and use again.”

“Been using this service since the start when it was sharing a shop to get going. Excellent at the start ......still is now ....recently replaced a screen on an itouch which after a few months of travel to Africa and back was showing signs of fatigue so replaced it again, no questions, no hassel, no excuses just a great service. Thanks”
