“Be careful when you go online and think you’re dealing directly with a hotel. Reservationstays somehow got me out of Westin on the internet without me being aware and now they said I had to cancel the reservation a week in advance! So, now I’m out close to $300! What a scam! The problem is you don’t know you’ve been switched because there’s nothing on the email confirmation to indicate it wasn’t Westin. They are thieves!”

Luckily I thought it was strange that they had a room when Expedia did not, but they said of course that hotels divide rooms out to 3rd party sellers, which I know is true,,but I just had a bad feeling so used PayPal! Their customer service is a loop to website from whomever you talk to on the phone,,and the chat is a BOT so no way to reach anyone. I mentioned reporting the site as a scam and was hung up on twice !”

Terms and Conditions said only if dead, Dr. note , etc. would you be able to change or cancel. No customer service. All online. Check before you book. This company books through expedia. They charge you and then use their credit card to pay expedia. They are basically the middleman of a middleman. Luckily I checked and my reservation exists. Do not use this website.”
“I booked a hotel reservations through Reservation Stays. When I arrived at the hotel, it was not at there. I person at the address (of a building under construction) said that the hotel closed a while ago. That means that Reservation Stays booked me at a hotel that did not exist. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund and have not been successful. Each time I call I am told of something I have to do and then I am told it is 5 to 7 days for a refund. I would highly recommend no using this booking service.”
“Terrible website to use for booking a hotel. Not sure how my husband ended up there, but they charged 50% taxes and fees above the room price. Then they never sent a receipt or booking confirmation that had the hotel name, date, room price, taxes and fees charged so we could file it with our travel insurance. Repeated calls, emails have gone unanswered. We will have to dispute with our credit card to get the receipt.”

“For starters reservation stays booked me a room at a hotel that did not exist. The hotel is the Crowne plaza located in Bloomington Minnesota. Now they want me to give them proof from the front desk that I actually had a room there, except that the hotel is permanently closed, if you see them come up with a really great price run as fast as you can because their information is not accurate and it appears that they want the charge to go through even though the hotel did not exist and that just goes to show how unethical they are and that they are thieves and they will steal your money. please read the reviews first I did not do that and I wish I had. I would’ve saved myself a lot of heartache. In addition to this good luck waiting in queue. You will wait behind 150 people and if you opt to have them call you back they do not call you back.”

I reached out by email on Tuesday for 3 invoices, but I only received 2 of them on that day. I immediately sent a reply email, but all I got was an auto-reply stating that the ticket has been closed. I tried to re-email, but only received the auto reply message. Then I called the number provided at the bottom of the email, but it just gave me a busy signal and hung up. I tried this multiple times on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, thinking that there may just be a temporary issue with the phone line, but the same thing happened each time. During this time, I also attempted calling the other number listed on the original booking, but that didn't go well either. The wait times were horrendous (hours on hold), probably because frustrated customers like me have to call multiple times just to get a response! I made four calls asking for the missing receipt to no avail. The first time I got through and was assured that the receipt would be sent to me via email, never received it, I called back the next day, tried again, nothing! The third time I got to position #1 in the que, but I was disconnected and had to call again, AND THE 4TH time I finally made it through the que and when I was put on hold, they disconnected me instead. BTW I still haven't got through...on my 5th attempt, fingers crossed no one hangs up on me!

“Arrived at hotel that was the opposite of what it was described as. Hotel clerk agreed and called booking company to refund due to "hotel at fault". Received email from reservation Stays, also stating "hotel at fault" and that they would contact within 20 minutes
Never received a call and they won't respond to calls or multiple emails. $156+ for 15 minutes in the lobby looking at a bug filled green pool. This was travel for family death, not vacation. Added salt to the wound.”
