Reserved a room Cambria Hotel Pittsburg-Downtown so we could attend a concert next door to the hotel. My reservation said I must cancel by Oct. 3, 2022 but the concert was not canceled until Oct. 4, 2022. I was told that I would not receive any refund since I did not cancel by October 3, 2022. Never again book with reservationstay.com.

We were booking a room with Marriott in Ontario and after hitting "enter" we received our confirmation and noticed an error on the arrival date. We called Marriott immediately to change the date and we were told that we had been routed to a third party (Reservation Stay) and they could not make a change. We 100% thought we were booking directly with Marriott but somehow we ended up with the third party. BEWARE1 We contacted Reservation Stays and they refused to change the date. We did not want to cancel the reservation only correct the date. They are trying to SCAM us out of $330.00! FRAUD FRAUD! BEWARE!

The intent was to reserve a room directly with Ramada Helena MT and somehow reservationstays got in the middle of the reservation and it was actually made through them. The hotel had to cancel the reservation as it came through wrong. The hotel cancelled the reservation and said that should be all to get us the refund. Reservationstays demanded an email from the hotel, which was nonstandard, and the hotel did not comply. Reservationstays just kept our money.

Very deceptive. I thought I was booking through Hyatt. I went to Hyatt.com and somehow was redirected to this Reservations Stays without knowing it. Only found out when I needed to cancel the reservation because of Covid and called the hotel directly. Of course, I had to dig for a customer service number and when I found it, they have a recording saying they are closed. Terrible way to do business. I'm attempting to dispute the charge with my bank.

Ms. Kaybin Williams X0503 stated that a shuttle bus would be available to take you to and from the nearest beach, the nearest beach was Miami South. This statement was not true, we had to paid $45.00 to the beach and $45.00 from the beach, $90.00 per day. Plus, has to return from the trip a day earlier due to one of the kids getting sick and has to be put into the hospital over night as well. They will tell you anything to get your money, its best to do your reservation directly with the hotel itself.

Do Not book through this company they are a very dishonest company. I booked 2 queen bed with suite and paid $256 but when I called the hotel they said they have a room with just 1 bed which would have costed me $118. So I called them to fix the problem they would just hang up the phone on me so save yourself the headache and do not book through this company. Book directly through Hilton I did not realize that I book through 3rd party until I called the hotel directly. This company is defrauding people

DO NOT book with reservation stays. Impossible to contact a live person. When you try to contact this company by phone regarding your reservation, it tells you to enter your PIN that is supposed to be at top of your confirmation. There is NO PIN so you can’t get past recording on phone.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I booked for Tennessee and they had me staying in Missouri. I drove 7 hours and don't have a hotel....OH THEN THEY SAY NO REFUND!!! THE DRVIL IS A LIE! I CALLED MY BANK IMMEDIATELY! Sent my confirmation email to the wrong g address them sent it as I was on the phone with them!!! Where is the Better Business Bureau when I need them DO not use them please!!

This is an imposter scam site. They take information for a stay and then booked it in an entirely different state with no means of review. Further they are impossible to contact for assistance with anything.

SCAM this site is a fraud. We booked a room in Hilton 10 days ago and they sent us a cancellation mail two days before arrival. They told us that the hotel cancelled but we spoke to the Hilton reservations and they said they had nothing to do with the cancellation. They gave us no explanation and no alternative. DO NOT BOOK WITH RESERVATIONSTAYS.COM

Representatives provide inaccurate information on room type. Balcony or late departure is considered a"special requests" and is not guaranteed by the hotel. Failure to provide cancelation information after hotel has agreed to cancel reservation.

Stay away, these people are idiots and definitely trying to rip people off by booking hotels in the wrong city, then tell you it is in the city you want. When you get a confirmation and it is the wrong city, they won't answer you call. I had to call the lodge they booked me at, 200 miles from the correct location, and tell the owner that I was disputing the charges...thankfully he corrected the situation and refunded the charge. I would stay away from reservationstays.com.

The same company uses two names; "Reservation Stays" and "snaptravel.com". Let me tell you the conclusion first then we go to the details if you like to know them; My sencere advice: if you deal with Reservation Stays (or "snaptravel"), you need to be ready for any surprises which my go as far as loosing your money. Unfortunately, these people are: 1. Not honest as they do not inform you all the details and any special conditions of the booking they process. 2. Just a website in the nowhere of the internet, if you're making reservation internationally like me, you don't have a real legal access to them in case of any dispute. (By the way this was the description of the hotel officials). 3. They are actually just intermediates for other travel agencies with which they are not even able to defend your case in case of any problems happen. In other words, they just collect your money and catch their commission out of it, then you are on your own. That's why you'll find the "none refundable" condition on their offers and prices. Details: I made a reservation with snaptravel "by telephone" not using the online facility, where their telephone agent didn't say a word about any special conditions related to my reservation. Of course the reservation was "none refundable" as you may expect. Once the reservation was done, I received confirmation emails which didn't include any special condition related to my booking. However, arriving to the hotel, I didn't find anything about my reservation at all, the hotel knew nothing even about my name. Calling them (long expensive international calls), I understood that there is a third-party involved in the process with whom they claimed they had been trying to contact and get him (3rd party) involved. It seems that this 3rd-party maybe was not cooperative enough with them, it's not clear why. After hours of calls and waiting they claimed that, in my case, there was a condition that does not apply. To defend themselves,  they claimed the said condition was mentioned in an online copy of my confirmation (may I remind you that telephone agent said nothing about any condition and even the confirmation email I already had included no special condition, then who may need any further online copies after receiving email?! Besides, they could have added any new 2-line conditions on their online copy whenever they wanted the matter that was impossible in case of my email copy). Anyway, the result was; cooperation disappeared from telephone calls, just nice words but no one would do anything to solve the situation. I had to pay almost 110% more as settlement to go further with my reservation simply because I had come 500KM driving to the resort, otherwise I would've lost my money which I paid to them (imagine none refundable payment with a virtual company in the nowhere! Even the hotel claimed they knew nothing about "snaptravel" or "reservation stays"). Again, if you deal with Snaptravel (Reservation Stays) you need to be ready for any surprises. You're on your own.
