"You've had your Resin8 goodies for a few days now and we hope you've fallen head over heels in ❤️ with them. Now we'd like to know how we did." - NO ,I did not! I am waiting 13 days already for the delivery and it is not here yet. I paid ~ 15 £ delivery and the order is not here and you are asking for a review. Really?

Poor quality resin and moulds and not good customer service. Questioned my complaint about the moulds. Won’t buy again sorry!

Recently purchased Resin8's letter mould set. £185 for 27 letter moulds. These were of poor quality and most were facing the wrong direction, while some were facing the right direction. So a mix of letters facing different directions.....super useful! Resin8 say they purposefully produced the moulds 'reversed' or more accurately facing the wrong direction and used this to refuse to pay my return postage costs. Yet they did not explain why some are actually facing the right direction, which still makes the product not as described if they are not all in fact purposefully 'reversed'. So either they are supposed to be reversed or not. Which is it? Either way the item is not as described and return postage costs should have been refunded. But the company have refused. When others have pointed out that the moulds are facing the wrong direction, the company have responded saying that extra work can be done to make the back become the front. That doesn't make sense either. Why would you buy a mould to have to do extra work to make it as it should be. Why not just produce a mould that faces the right direction in the first place??? Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Received the resin which was recommended to me for Keyring's, instantly disliked it, so many bubbles occur and ripped my silicone mould. Emailed and they said that i had bought the wrong resin. No apologies for my mould ripping or the fact i have just spent over £100 on resin i can no longer use as well as having to buy another mould. I will never use this company again.

I'm a little confused as I had ordered this item ( the European bead mould) but didn't receive it.. I just got an email saying I had a refund.. It showed in stock when I ordered so was really disappointed to not have it

Dear Louise Sorry to hear of your frustration, because of the long Easter bank holiday weekend and the global situation at the moment there are slight delays to the overall postal service. I have spoken to the courier and can confirm that you parcel is now in Ireland and is out for delivery today. It did leave us on on the day that you placed your order, which was three business days ago, and it has been on its journey since. I received a set of 3 moulds .The first time i used the middle one, the mould was so soft it ripped in a couple of places,and I was careful removing the model,so i'm not happy.

I had high hopes for resin8 deep casting resin. Unfortunately my whole project turned out with a yellow tinge after following instructions down to a t. I've worked with other resins before and never had this issue. It also ruined my mould by discouloiring it and leaving it dull. Shame really

Hi there, We're sorry you felt the need to leave a poor review after our conversations about this issue. As we talked through with you previously, this issue was caused by you mixing our fill-it Slowcure Resin with another brand of resin that was not meant for casting. Different resins have very different properties and are not meant to be mixed, doing this is bound to lead to disappointing results which are not down to the resin itself. As also covered in our conversations, the yellowing effect has been caused by your use of a non-casting resin in the piece. As the other brand of resin is designed to be used as a thin coating, when it is used for deep castings it will build up a lot of heat as it cures, this has caused your flower to yellow and release this colour into the resin. I sent an email to you to say that my goods had been sent to Scotland, 😠 not to me in Bedfordshire. Royal mail say the sender has to make the enquiry about the tracking. Less than happy ☹️

Hi Nicola, we're sorry that you felt the need to leave a poor review. As explained in our reply email to you, the mistake with the delivery of your parcel was down to an error by Royal Mail rather than our postage to you - we dispatched your order to your correct address within 3 hours of it being placed. We are dependant on postage and courier companies and are unfortunately not able to control their mistakes, it is a shame that someone else's error has altered your opinion of us.
