“Absolutely in love with my kit. I've never played with resin before, so having a starter kit with such simple instructions has opened up a new craft door for me! I'm a lot more confident now in getting extra supplies to just play around :)”

“Recently purchased Resin8's letter mould set. £185 for 27 letter moulds. These were of poor quality and most were facing the wrong direction, while some were facing the right direction. So a mix of letters facing different directions.....super useful! Resin8 say they purposefully produced the moulds 'reversed' or more accurately facing the wrong direction and used this to refuse to pay my return postage costs. Yet they did not explain why some are actually facing the right direction, which still makes the product not as described if they are not all in fact purposefully 'reversed'. So either they are supposed to be reversed or not. Which is it? Either way the item is not as described and return postage costs should have been refunded. But the company have refused. When others have pointed out that the moulds are facing the wrong direction, the company have responded saying that extra work can be done to make the back become the front. That doesn't make sense either. Why would you buy a mould to have to do extra work to make it as it should be. Why not just produce a mould that faces the right direction in the first place??? Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful.”

“Can’t believe how quickly my order arrived, it was a big order and came beautifully packed with planet friendly packaging too. The items are brilliant, great quality from the resin to the forget-me-nots. I am loving the tutorials and learning how to use my goodies. My kitchen lighter is my best friend to remove rogue bubbles!”

“I ordered a small white pigment and ocean blue pigment. I was meant to order the gold instead of the blue and did pop through an email asking if I could change it however I didn't hear back (I understand this is half my fault as I ordered the wrong pigment, but an email back would of been nice) - anyways, the pigment is the best I have used and I will surely be coming back for some more of the pigments - fricking amazing!!!!”

“So far, so good. New to this resin obsession and it has opened up numerous possibilities. Just a couple of things - it would be useful to know what I need to create the Geodes in terms of colours, effects or even a starter pack of some kind as would like to try this next.
