Alexa was great in testing and checking if laptop's driver upgrades were needed. A thorough check was performed the driver were updated and had no driver issues. This confirms my laptop drivers are okay, and the 3rd party was attempting a scam. Further, Alexa suggest I contact the Seagate Tech support group to if they were aware of the scam or if a Seagate software problem existed. Alexa provided superb support and my laptop's health. GJG

twice I've recently paid $19+ ($39 total) and NEVER once have I received help: NO chat, NO support, nothing. Oh it scans but when it goes to "Fix/Repair" then the page goes to pay again - NOTHING gets repaired/resolved. It's under 60 days and I think it's time for my money back. It may be a fine product but I cannot know. RP Kelly +1 (424) 210-1013. Can't find Restoro phone #, Support #, Chat #, etc.

Excellent product. 18hrs. ago I purchased the "modest" unsure if I was wasting my money. I run 3 selected cycles and my pc is practically new again. I was assisted by the help from Tech support and learned a lot about my computer. I believe I saved $90.00 by purchasing 1 product instead of 3. Thank you Restoro Team

I have been to make my payment via PayPal and once I realized it was not sufficient to the amount or short by a few bucks I made a quick Xfer from my account outside Paypal now I've more than enough to pay the subscription in full for one year but now your system not taking after too many try also allow me to say it's wasting time. So, please advise on how I , may proceed and if we can resolve this issue, thank you so much in advance.

product is ok but they keep automatically charging for renewal. there is no where to look at account details to cancel. be wary as they make it extremely difficult to cancel once you have started using it.

Today I had Anthony B take my call for my monthly check on my computer to make sure that it is running properly. He was polite and informed me of all the scan etc that he ran to rid my compute of all the 'nasties' for which I am grateful.
