“disapointed tonight with my first contact as they seemed to be reading of a script instead of listening and getting on with the process. should have been told the total cost instead of $150 it was inflated to $215. the problem with the mouse touch pad was finally sorted. and wait in anticipation that the viruses have been properly removed why do macafee and widows say there are none on a regular scan. very frustrating when you buy aproduct (restoro) and have to ring up to get the key entered. accents were very difficult to handle. and im not racist.overall frustrated.”

“It wasn't overly difficult to get a replacement licence key this time around as Kevin dealt with my question efficiently and didn't push me when I didn't want to give my phone number for a call back. The subtracted star is not about Kevin but about Restoro itself. I should not have had to contact technical support in the first place, it is incredibly annoying that the software licence gets invalidated each time a user has to reinstall Restoro for whatever reason. The kind of person who buys Restoro has a troubled PC! All my other software licences work fine, it's just Restoro. Last time it took them over a week to reactivate my licence. At list this time I was able to resolve things via the chat function with the helpful Kevin.”

“Diane was vey patient with me and discovered my pictures, that would not open for me, are still in the same place - and not lost. Also, my Ad blockers had been taken off and Diane was able to put some of them back again. Unfortunately, the "tab for a cause" was taken off because it COULD be corrupted. I was earning money for an animal shelter, which is good cause. I do not know how to turn it back on.”
