I invested the sum of $ 708,800 worth of Bitcoin with a cryptocurrency company I met online. After a couple of weeks, my initial investment had increased from $708,800 to $592,650. This felt so good as the investment grew rapidly in just a few weeks. When it was time to retire, my withdrawal request was denied, all effort to make withdrawal declined, then I realized I had been ripped off. Thanks to mrs Oliver for coming to my rescue, she helped recover my lost crypto currencies back to my wallet. You can also reach out to them via email- (Olivercompanyexpert 505 @ gmail . After 3 successful trades, I got scammed £25, 000 cumulatively. I will advise you all not to invest your hard earned money on Reverb.com It’s all facade as they lure you into investing a lot of money and then steal it at once. I got help to fight back hard till I recovered my money after months of agony and depression. I am willing to share my experience with other victims who might need help.? “ I am glad to share this insightful article of how I recovered my £87050 lost from Reverb.com and £5100 from Key markets net. I honestly didn’t believe they were scam brokers until they took all my money and denied me access to withdrawals. Reading reviews made me realize I was not the only victim. A friend of mine told me about Oliver expert (Olivercompanyexpert 505 @ gmail. com), so I did research and contacted them. They helped me a lot in getting my money back. No matter how legitimate the trading platform may seem, anyone wishing to get into trading should always conduct a legal search on the platform.you can also reach them on WhatsApp +44 - 74- 38- 68- 72- 36

I bought an instrument on reverb last year with no problem. Selling is a different story. I sold my instrument without providing my bank account - I don't want my bank account information floating around and I was naively thinking I could ask for a check. Well, no. So I opened a separate bank account after the item sold and provided that account info. No payment. First they implied they had paid some other account, like I had given them the wrong account number. Then they implied that I had already been paid and was scamming them to get paid twice. Then they put the $ back in the reverb payment account, but still they have not been able to transfer the payment. The instrument was sold over a month ago. Reverb's customer service is via email only, and customer service reps apparently can only communicate with the company via email, so every response requires another "1-2 business days" turnaround. Mostly the customer service messages just thank me for my patience, so that's really nice. I will never use them again.

Tried calling but no human to talk to. Very poor customer service. Reverb is just a bulletin board where private music stores advertise their merchandise. No help at all..

Convenient, Yet way too expensive between charges, tax, and shipping!

A spurious Alvarez J-200 which was described as excellent was anything but! Dents, dings and scratches in abundance and the truss rod is maxed out & cannot take the concave out of the neck/finger board can't be adjusted. Seller not willing to refund.

Customer service is awful. I returned a guitar. The seller told reverb that the seller received the guitar back. The seller wanted to refund me. But reverb would not allow it until I provided pictures of the guitar, that I no longer had! They won’t connect you to a supervisor. They just hang up on you when you call the number. They disconnect the chat without answering your questions.

I don’t like the fact that reverb does not have a phone support. I have been trying to get a refund for a week and I feel like I’m trying to get a dumb computer to help me out. I just want to call someone and get it figured out. I’m I really that unimportant????

I think the idea of this site is good but the folks running it are crooks! Over $300.00 to see a fkg guitar! $94.00 to bump and they hide the cost till end of auction!!!! Should be illegal! Bad people doing bad things to good musicians. Sad fkg world we live in these days. :(

Magic Pedal seller kept toying with my 4 offers for a guitar, by not responding. He did, saying he was busy. I did get a response from seller saying he thought the guitar was worth "twice" as much. I ordered it finally full price and within hours, received a guitar no longer available message. I made chat contact with Reverb, Karla D., which isn't an easy feat as one is directed to a virtual chat assistant. I sent my complaint of this passive aggressive seller to Karla D., in chat. Before I knew it, she ended the cha t session, apparently uninterested in any complaints. Poor business practices from Reverb and the seller, Magic Pedal in this case. Can this happen to someone else, looking for a piece of equipment? I get it, keep your buyer frustrations to yourself!

Reverb's policies don't stand up for the buyer when it really counts. I purchased an item, it was accepted, gave the credit card, the money changed hands fine, and the seller told me that it'd be shipping out shortly. The seller then reneged, and refunded me all in one swoop. I complained to Reverb, but there was no recourse, as the seller had already refunded me. Why Reverb allows a seller to do this (renege on agreement) is beyond me. The seller probably made a side deal and got more money. Another kicker is that I'm not allowed to leave a review for the seller (Bob's Gear Outlet in NH), on the Reverb site, as it was never shipped.

Reverb will not allow me to receive payment (for an item I sold) via my PayPal account. They had no issue using my PayPal account when I purchased items. This is nonsense.

Ive used reverb for a long time, I recently sold a guitar with no bump at $490, only to actually get $373. I very upset as this was never presented to me. Not using this website again.

The Lack of timely customer service and communication is alarming. They were previously great to deal with. I wonder if they went to a lower cost outside customer service company. I will not be in a hurry to list any more items with them until they address this problem.
