After verification, the account is deleted without explaining the reasons. I tried to create an account 2 times and the account was deleted 2 times. Letters are answered with questions and within 3 weeks. I spent a lot of time and it was all in vain, I don’t recommend this bank

The bank closed my account without any warning, I am now facing all sort of struggles, they are saying it would take up to 14 days to get back to, no explanations at all. Can't get hold of a human to speak to! Very, very bad!

Never use Revoult bank ever again because it’s a fraud it doesn’t help its customers at all there were several unauthorised transactions done from my account but still they didn’t help me get it back and it’s customer service is very poor and very useless they should band this bank even it’s off no use at all and every customer service advisor repeats the same usual thing again and again never use Revoult it’s not worth it I have lost lots of my money with them..

Revolut Bank total disgrace to their profession Revolut of all the banks I have ever experienced or tried over the years, are to my mind, categorically the worst I have ever had the misfortune to experience. My wife and I have Power-of-Attorney over my mother-in-law’s financial affairs, due to her suffering from two forms of dementia, Alzheimer’s and Vascular. Following her removal from home by the Crisis Management Team of Newcastle upon Tyne Social services, we agreed to move my mother-in-law into our home. Under our authority vested in us by The Power-of-Attorney document, we closed my mother-in-law‘s accounts and transferred them to Revolut, for what we thought was safe keeping, but what a HUGE mistake that was. Upon receipt of the funds, which we thought had been placed safely under Revolut’s care, they froze them, saying they needed to do security checks, We fulfilled those security checks via the supply of photographs of the documents plus a video of the documents. Yet they insisted on asking for a physical copy. We twice asked for an address and twice our request was ignored, I asked what other options are available, and they immediately said it would take up to 12 days to make a decision. This, despite the fact that I made it clear that my mother-in-law is moving in with us imminently, very likely within the next 7 days and we have to meet the cost of this move as well as arrange a care support of Home Care. By holding onto these funds illegally they are directly affecting a woman in a serious case of mental decline and this is totally unacceptable and I will be making a complaint to any and all relevant financial authorities. The cooperative bank who originally held the accounts, efficiently released the funds, quickly on the basis of our legal authority, which Revolut seem to have taken upon themselves to ignore. I will be seeking legal redress for compensation for any payments we are forced to make which were designed to be met from the transferred funds. Revolut are an absolute disgrace to the banking community and any banks who are linked with them, should hang their head in shame. Revolut are the most uncaring and unprofessional banking institution I have ever encountered, do yourself a favour and look at their competitors instead. We will, of course, never use this bank ever again and my suggestion is to anyone considering using them, DON’T, give them a VERY wide berth. Anyone seriously thinking of moving their accounts should think twice, Revolut are nothing short of a disgrace and an embarrassment and bring banking in general into complete disrepute. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Revolut is fraudulent. I took a free trial which I never used, and I tried to end the trial but it was too complicated. They have billed me because it is a Pro plan that the trial was on. They want to bill me again to go down to Standard, and it is only from Standard that you can terminate the plan. I refuse to pay - Revolut is a scam. I am reporting to the Australian Cyber Police unless they terminate my plan and waive the fees.

I have been asked continuously for documents, selfies, videos of myself, fingerprint access... i believe they are overdoing it. I am turning to Bizum that it is more reliable and it is directly connected to BBVA Spain. We need to slow down with letting these entities using and abusing us. We are slaves of financial entities and it is all our fault.

I opened business account recently with Revolut . After some funds went to the account, unexpectedly Revolut block my account without any explanation, I tried contacting agents through the App but received only useless replies: Sorry sorry sorry. They gave me few days to move my money and closed the account. With no explanation at all. Shocking . My business suffered because of this shocking experience and customer Service wrote me one apology sentence. Don’t trust Revolut , I think it’s a scam business. Stay away !

Poor service, too many handlers dealing with you complaint. Was able to show that transactions had occurred that were not performed by me and they still said nothing was wrong, this crowd are a sham, do not open a revolute account and if you have one close immediately.

I wish I had read these reviews before signing up with Revolut. They have locked me out of my account. I can deposit money (big surprise), but then I am prohibited from taking my own money back. Horrible. No customer service. No way to reach a live person, just plain awful. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY REVOLUT!!!!!!!

Revolute closed my account with no information provided. Someone paid me via apple pay top up then charged back which I didn't kmow was a form of scum. I don't think Revolute closed their acc but mine. They gave my money away with out my permission. So its not safe to leave your money in your acc.

I have had couse to complain on two occasion all a waist of time when you bye something on the net and use their card if anthing goes wrong they do even cotact them and when you complain they ask for copys of invoices that didnot come with the iteam and as for their customer service not much I can say ok if you get some one at the time you are useing the app if not forget it

Worst bank I’ve dealt with the live agents are completely useless and constantly repeating scripted lines it’s been over 4 months I’ve had a disputed payment my other bank got my money back a month ago but revoult is now claiming my dispute is invalid after 4months of it being vaild and their refusing to send me the documentation of the dispute, this is the same dispute I’ve already had money returned by my other bank for one payment.

Be very careful using Revolut their cards are open to fraud and when your funds are stolen they are appalling to deal with be very careful of these, for all the benefits having an insecure card and a company that treats you extremely badly isn’t worth the risk - don’t wait for it to happen to you

SINCERE WARNING: Do not use Revolut Business Bank. They treat their business customers terribly and only care for their own affairs. They will be refused a UK & US banking licence soon, and can't even keep their customers money safe as you may have experienced with their latest 20 million hack. Not only are they a terrible organisation, they have no concern for you as a business or how their actions effect you. Atrocious communication and customer care is what they do best. I wish I had more time to warn potential customers thinking about using their services. Please do not, there are great alternatives. I hope all readers of this, take my brief words seriously. You like every other Revolut customer will regret engaging with them.
