I've been with Revolut for around 4 years and initially the App was really easy to use. It was simple to add funds then exchange to my chosen currency. Revolut are now pushing their cryptocurrencies at the detriment of their other areas and now the app is so complicated that I need to constantly remind my older relatives how to use it. I have now found Starling Bank that has better exchange rates, no fees and no ATM withdrawal limits. It's also free to have your card delivered when Revolut charge £4.99 In addition Revolut occasionally have referal schemes running but the dates are so short that all steps needed can't really be achieved. Ie signup, card order then 3 transactions. The referral scheme is therefore a waste of time for the referer as you will never get your reward.

REVOLUT IS A LICENSED SCAMMER REVOLUT IS A LICENSED SCAMMER. I opened a account because of my colleague invite me to open one. My boss transferred £100 from his personal account and later my holiday money as well.when I try to withdraw money from ATM they charge me 2% and out of blue the hold my £371 and my card isn’t working and blocked on 20th of September while I chatted online in apps they ask me proof where the money come from senders personal details Date of birth address and bank statement I provided them all after few days of waiting they advised me within next 8 working days my account review will be finished everything will be resolved.now in over one month all they time they send me same copy paste text that relevant department are looking in to the matter my money are safe it will be sorted soon but they cannot give me a time frame when it will be released. Last week I requested them to send money back to sender and I don’t need Revolut account anymore and they ask me my another account details to transfer the fund I provided that as well according to their requirements but still they didn’t transfer my money. They still text me the same thing after 35 days that relevant department looking in to the case if they get any updates on my account they will let me know. I took holiday from work for my birthday they ruined my birthday by holding my money. THEREFORE EVERYONE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM REVOLUT ITS A SCAM IF THEY GET CHANCE THEY WILL ROB YOU.

Revolut Bank - Disgusting service! All the money is gone! The money was frozen at the beginning of September (several thousand euros) and access to the account was turned off, and nothing can be solved with the support robot. After a month and a half, they unblocked it with a requirement to close the account. I sent these several thousand euros to my account in the NORMAL BANK - the money has been lost for 2 weeks already. Support is silent, access to accounts is closed. In short, Run! RUN AWAY!!! Considering that the campaign to attract referral customers does not stop, and the Revolut are willing to pay more and more for it, it looks like the bank is experiencing big problems. The business model of this project does not seem to justify itself

Business accounts frozen since 12 days without prior notice, for "review if account". Customers payments are reverted and I cannot pay the business bills (phone lines have been suspended, cloud subscription suspended, etc) and I cannot pay the employees! Customer service absolutely useless, sounds like bots... They have gone silent since 4 days and do no answer to my questions anymore! This is what to expect from Revolut.... For those who have not signed up yet, RUN AWAY...

I a premium customer. I made an international payment. The bank rejected the payment, it is on Revolut. After 11 days and 40+ chats, the money is ‘lost.’ An international bank that cannot track payments, and with zero customer service, I think I chatted with bots, the identical answers over and over. If you must use it, keep little money. If something goes wrong with a transaction, kiss your money goodbye.

At first using Revolut was great until they need extra documentation from me which I provided and they kept on asking for more until I was fed up and asked them "if you don't want me as a customer you can close my account, which they did in an instant :(. They closed my account with funds in it but I eventually got it after several weeks and I have been trying to reopen it but it doesn't allow me too. Also their customer support is really bad.

Really terrible experience. Essentially been over 3 weeks and no word on the account. How they remain a viable business is beyond me. Really need to start posting on as many platform to make people aware. Absolutely shameful

Be careful guys, their customer service isn't great and they don't really help in case of fraud. My revolut card was used while I was mid-flight. I provided all details and tickets and all but they didn't help. I went to my bank barclays and they basically looked at evidence and helped. So please don't waste your time on this and go with a genuine bank. Would save you drama in case of fraud

I am having a real nightmare with Revolut!! I made two bank transfers from my Citibank account in Dubai, UAE to my accounts in Revolut, one on 3rd Oct for an amount of 274 USD and the second on the 5th Oct for an amount of AED 1,000. As of today nobody from Revolut is able to tell me where the money is in despite I have shared the swift copies of the transfers from Citibank. The customer service through the APP chat is complete useless. They keep repeating the same answer every day that the relevant team is looking into it and they will come back to me. Ten days are gone from the first transfer and non a single answer from Revolut till today.

The chargeback form is useless. I was scammed, and someone took money from my account. They won t give back your money even if you get them all the proof in the world. Strongly recommend you avoid revolut

My Revolut account recently went negative because it was charged to my card that had 0 funds. This is a new account with Revolut and I had no plans to use my card yet so I didn’t transfer money in. I suddenly received a notification saying my balance went under 0 (without using the card of course), unsure why, I spoke with the live chat and no one was able to answer my simple questions regarding 1) why my card didn’t decline the payment when it had 0 funds in the account, 2) why no one could explain to me why I was charged and what the payment was for, 3) why I couldn’t speak to/ call any senior member of the team, 4) why I didn’t get the chance to cancel or disapprove of the payment. The fact that they couldn’t answer a single one of these questions is very worrying. This post/ review is not because I don’t want to pay the amount charged, it is literally unacceptable that this bank can’t answer when/why/ how the payment got charged and why the virtual transaction didn’t require some sort of approval on my side. They are not even giving me the opportunity to speak to someone about this issue and every customer service person is giving me the same useless response saying that the chargeback team makes the final decision. I simply ask to speak to someone from that team and they say it’s impossible. What sort of service is this? Not being able to know why I’ve been charged is very concerning. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to reach people from their teams and they all give the same useless answer. Please improve your banking security. If the payment was any higher I may not actually be able to pay it off and this shouldn’t be put on me if I didn’t approve the transaction.

Revolut approves frauds on your money! Stay away from these amators! Please don't use these amateurs. Your money are not safe! I highlighted frauds, while I was working at the office in that time I've noticed transactions in foreign countries. I instantly closed my card and filled a form as they suggested. I asked them to cancel the transactions of course they did not. More than a week was trying to make the relevant team to understand what is the issue and finally they told me that they made up their decision which was final, that everything seems normal, no refund. If you care about your money, don't let these amators who approve frauds and decide that obvious frauds are not fraudulent make your money disappear.

None to talk to when serius problems occurr. I've receive a call from the REVOLUT BANK NUMBER(LOOK AT THE PICTURES AS EVIDENCE) and it was a scam which stole from my account £6000, the payment wasn't blocked and not even checked but it went through the bank app straight away. None answered at the live chat from 9 am till 3,30pm, when they said they don't know if they can give me my money back. It's not a bank is a fraud, for sure people working there is stealing money. I SWEAR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER WITH MY LAWYERS!

I have spent hours helping this Latvian company Revolut UAB to resolve bugs in their app, inluding installing 3rd party software and providing personal information and documents. At the end they said „we won’t open an account for you and we do not tell why”. My company is a regular, limited company registered in E.U. with E.U. persons only in management and ownership, not started trading yet. No risky or suspicious business. Revolut UAB has gathered from me critical and vulnerable personal information in the process of registering. I have no idea what for and how and by whom these details will be used in the future. I think this is probably the real reason behind this shady company. It is so bad I become aware of these opinions just now, not before I have started to share the personal and restricted information with Revolut UAB.

Do not sign up and purchase stock with them. Your personal information will be shared with call centers. They are calling none-stop, there is no end of it and no way to unsubscribe. Revolut denies it, but call center staff has admitted that they getting personal infor from the Revolut.

It has been over 3 month as i received the card, but Revolut still can not activate my account. According to the endless exchange of texts with its representatives (who seams clueless), my tax identification number is not correct. ?!?! i have been paying my taxes for many years with the tax id. What it going on? the reps can not clarify the situation and at this point i do not want to use Revolut and trust my $ to it
