“READ IF REVOLUT SHUT DOWN YOUR ACCOUNT For everyone that has had their account shut down by Revolut, it is extremely important to file a complaint immediately with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service. 1 out of 3 Complaints with them has resulted in Financial Compensation by Revolut according to the Financial Times. "The Financial Ombudsman Service said that between July and December last year it received 257 cases about Revolut and upheld 33 per cent of them in favour of the customer. " Revolut has paid out a fortune in losses to clients that have filed complaints with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service, according to a recent Freedom of Information Request. "Can you get compensation from ombudsman? A mistake can affect your customer practically or emotionally, as well as financially. For this reason, we can award fair compensation to recognize other types of non-financial impact or loss, for any of the following: distress." Simply Google: 'File Complaint UK Financial Ombudsman Service' Click 'Make a Complaint'. You can receive THOUSANDS in compensation for what they have done to you. The more complaints they receive, the more chance they will be shut down permanently. You can also file a complaint with the Central Bank of Lithuania. They have just received their banking license in December with the country. Google: "File Complaint Central Bank of Lithuania" Then on their web site click "Settle a dispute with a financial service provider " REVOLUT currently has more complaints than any FinnTech bank in the world, as so regulators are looking closely at their actions. The more complaints received, the more likely Revolut will be shut down permanently. Revolut charged me HUNDREDS OF EUROS in service fees and losses for force selling my assets against my will and choice and I will be compensated for my losses, because I filed a complaint with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service and Central Bank of Lithuania. You, as well can receive hundreds or thousands in compensation as well by filing a complaint with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service and Central Bank of Lithuania for what Revolut has done to you. Revolut thinks they can ruin the lives and steal from clients without care or concern. Don't let them get away with their crimes and report them immediately, to ensure you are compensated for what they have done to you.”

“STAY AWAY FROM REVOLUT!!! Few days ago I was in South Africa traveling. I got my card stolen on the way . When I realize someone took money from my account. I block the card immediately. Less then one hour. I report it to police. I check where was the money taken and google maps and it shows that the place is permanently closed. They saw someone try to take money start with 2500 us and went down few times because there was not enough, at the end they took 350 us twice. I open the case with revolut and they denied it. I ask them reopen the case and they just keep sending me message they didnt fined any trace of fraudulent and canot provid any details why they denied. What the hack? Its absolutly obvious it wasnt me, police report atc. And arogancy of customer service unbelievable. As i see Revolut doesnt cover stolen cards fraud like my other cards where i have even have 72 hours back on any transaction that i didnt make it. My recommendation is stay avay from revolut. Little cheaper fee doesnt worth it. Luckily i had only 800us on the account.”

“Terrible experience with revolut, open an account and a few days later without previous notice or a message, my account was closed, and i have costumers and money coming in, they do a witch chase, judge you and kick you out without talking to you, i would avoid this bank if i were you guys, so many great online banks, avoid this one!”

“They lost / stole more than 2000 USD from my account. I try to contact a competent perso and person who is decision-maker, but the only thing that happens is different people (introducing themselves only with a nickname) explain to me that the problem is solved and my money have been transfered to my account. Unfortunately the money never recieved into my account and I think to take legal action.”

“4 days of being boy ced around getting generic copied and pasted non answers while my money sits in limbo. Can't transfer to myself, another cash user a different bank account while being a paid member. Proof of rebuttals for everyone of their concerns, can't be bkthered to read their own chats, have to re-insert screenshots, pictures and all other sorts of bs for them just to not read and not solve anything.”

“Unauthorized transection of £2k with… Unauthorized transection of £2k with Revolut Lost over two thousand pounds from my account with out even my information. I complained but nothing happened. They won't even response to my chat anymore. This is a clear scam. There is not one telephone number and only a chat bot. I will be taking legal actions with an attorney if I do not get a response refund. If you value your money, do NOT put it in Revolut. If I do not get a refund for my hard earned money I will get an attorney and initiate a law suit on this company.”

“Before it was working fine but now they decided to change the way of depositing money for no reason. The only reason was i was using it is because i live in Belgium and the cards here are seriously messed up and adding money on revolut was one option. Not the easiest but it was ok-ish. NOW BECAUSE A BRILLIANT MIND THAT CHANGED THE WAY MONEY ARE ADDED I CANT USE MY BELGIAN CARD ANYMORE?! So obviously i won't use this app which is useless. Don't waste your time, use a proper app.”

“Revolut steals money 1 on 5 because I had few bad adventures with Revolut. 1rst they have scammers registered on their bank with false identity. I had a bad story with a scammer and made a transfer. It was proven that it was fake ID, and they did not want to refund a transfer. This should not be possible for an online bank, and they should verify that the Passport and Id actually exist. 2nd : They blocked my card with no reason in critical moment during a trip, that made me cost money and did not assume for their fault. while buying a flight, Revolut blocked my car when trying to buy a travel insurance associated to the flight. Now I tried to buy the insurance separately from my flight, but now it was 80 usd more than prices I had along with my flight So I wrote to Revolut support to ask the to pay the difference. Why I would pay the 80$ difference if they blocked my card while doing a regular transaction ? They just refused... Strangely seconds following the purchage of my flight, I received a notification from Revolut on my phone proposing to upsale their own travel insurance. I highly suspect them to block my card to upsale their insurance services.”

“DO NOT USE THIS "BANK" IF YOU DO NOT WANT RO LOSE THE MONEY YOU PUT IN. This company has good features UNTIL YOU HAVE FRAUD ON YOUR CARD. REVOLUT CANNOT BE CONTACTED ON THE PHONE AND YOU CAN ONLY MAKE A CLAIM ON THEIR USELESS APP THAT WORKS WITH BOTS. EVEN WHEN YOU DO MANAGE TO GET HOLD OF REVOLUT THEY DO NOTHING. I have lost £280.00 and my brotherinlaw has lost £5,000.00. he put the money into his account which was a gift from a relative and Revolut just hold onto your money with no way of getting it back, IF you decide to use Revolut (But please try not to) just put very small amounts of money on there as you will have a very high chance of losing your money as they will use every excuse under the sun so you cannot prove where funds come from.”

“Do not go with them and if you are leave ! They will turned back time and or create a different multiverse before refunding you a chargeback. I have like 3 different chats were the advisors are contradicting themselves. They are sneaky but I like to screenshots and download chats before they disappear , It’s super slow to get an answer and merchants and businesses are catching up to the fact that it’s more than likely they won’t have no consequences frauding Revolut account holders.”

“So here starts the Problem, I Made an Revolut account on Tuesday and on the same day you deleted my account because i ''already'' have an account, which is not the case at all. Also you closed my Account, even after contacting support and i made it clear to the AGENT that I do NOT have another Revolut Account WHICH you DENIED my ticket COMPLETELY and then you procceeded of deleting my account WHILE MY FRIEND simply just wanted to lend me some money which he sended to my account. BUT YOU CLOSED MY ACCOUNT and his Payment was on hold for 30 days and just free'd today. and u sended me an email that pretty much says to contact you via the App cause i have 2 active accounts, but funny enough when i click the Link on my phone it asks me to sign in with the account that you deleted... Imagine this for a second. U Enter a store for the 1st time and you Purchase something. it turns out the product was faulty but you kept the receipt and its under insurance so you go to switch it up with a proper one, once you get into the store they tell you this: Sir the item you have bought from the store while it looks exactly like this is not quite this sorry we cannot switch it up, thanks, bye and gets thrown out of the store.. WHILE YOU ONLY VISITED ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID 0 contact 0 explanation EVEN AFTER MAKING A TICKET MY SELF EXPLANING I DO NOT HAVE A 2ND ACCOUNT YOU SIMPLY JUST TERMINATED THE ACCOUNT.”

“Revolut is a front for Microsoft Scammers. It was a very sophisticated scam and I fell for it and lost everything I had and being on a disability pension this was very difficult to cope with. I tried to contact Revolut to resolve the issue and recover the stolen funds but was unable to. Do not support an organisation that provides its services to scammers.”

“They just withhold your money when it suits them for nearly 6 weeks now! Automatic answers on chat and no other way to contact them. They don’t care about their customers. It’s disgusting they are getting away with this”
