6,000e have gone missing from two cards leaving us abroad with no money!!!! The support is shocked, do not use this card you will be sorry.

Revolut blocked my account with no warning or reason, then proceeded to ignore me. After making a complaint, they finally replied with an email stating they were not upholding my complaint. My account has been blocked for 26 days and counting. I discourage anyone to use this bank especially if you want to be able to access your own money. If I could have given 0 stars for customer service, I would have.

I wish I could give zero stars. My Revolut account is being restricted every single time I receive or send some money. Once they block my account it’s impossible to reach out to the customer service and have any support and I have no access to my money for several weeks.

Just dodged a dangerous bullet! These guys are SCAMMERS. I was recommended by an Online merchant to use Revolut to transfer a payment. In the process of opening account; the first ask for your cellphone #; there is no other option; you must use their cellphone app; that was the first red flag. Later, they ask for a selfie and then the ask for the DOB and entire 9 digits SSN; that's when I decline. I was curious and decided to investigate the bank and this led me to this site. Revolut is a pure SCAM and should be shutdown; no question, end of the story!

DO NOT SIGN UP – NO HELP FOR HOURS AND THEY NOT TRYING TO HELP JUST PASS TIME! My phone and card got stolen on Saturday. Blocked card the same night. They wouldn’t order me a new one. On the website you cant do nothing! So without phone you are helpless. Finally after long chat they agreed to send me new one. I had to pay for it! Finally got the card which is faulty! Wouldn’t take my pin. Tried to activate - it got locked. Managed to unlock it on web- tried again. Put in terminal said pin locked but still charged me ! CARD CHARGED WITHOUT AUTHORISATION! CARD CHARGED WITHOUT PIN (NOT CONTACTLESS) Tried again different place the card wont take my pin. All services down all day you can’t even login to online bank to speak to someone! NO CONTACT NUMBER TO SPEAK TO ANYONE! I am now sat for over 2.5 hours on chat explaining the same thing and they just waiting me out to tell me – my shift is over bye! And then have to explain myself again! DO NOT SIGN UP TO IT! Completely useless! They ask the same thing and keep saying the same things they don’t actually read your messages they just waiting till their shift is over and all you get is – I will pass you to colleague. When asked to make complaint they give faulty links! I am on 4th advisor now. NONE HELPED! ALL have no idea what they talking about. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS!

No customers service available if you don't use the app. I deleted the app on my phone because it was constantly not functioning. When I downloaded it again so I can try to move all my money to a new bank account I can't even log In again as their authentication requests both on the app and on a browser doesn't work. So know I am waiting like a fool for a reply to my email to them. Worst App ever so far wouldn't recommend. And if someone can help me take action against them it will be very helpful

I can't even start. Where should I start. I am an international student and figured a bank account where I could transfer money from my usual currency to others for free sounds amazing. One of the reasons I chose Revolut. Well until I had to change location and was asked to delete my old account. What they missed to tell me if I were to delete my account they still keep my number and mail address for usage, NOT deleting them. So when I tried to create a new account it told me the phone number and mail address are still in use. WOW. Then I went ahead got myself a new number and guess what in the US Revolut wants you to put in your SSN number which you don't have as an international student. Another thing the customer service missed to inform me about. Did I talk about the customer service yet. I sent an e-mail to their feedback mail account because there is no other choice to contact them without an active account. It's been 2 months. Still no answer. I tried to contact them through my partner's account and there they also told me the same thing. Write the feedback account. Guess what, their Social Media said the same. In the end I got them to admit that they neither delete your data if asked to nor can they help me and I should just go ahead get a new number and try for another account. -> Which I CANT because I have no SSN number. WTH Revolut, WTH?

They block my account without any reason for months and not telling me why and still same I can't redrawing my money or use my account without any reason. It's really unsafe The function in the bank is good but for what if you can't use them or if its unsafe to have your money there

Its great while everything works fine when there is a problem customer service is LITERALLY THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY WAY to speak to someone is via the chat which sucks af you might wait for days until someone gets back

No issue with setting up the account and been using for months. Then Revolut decide to limit my clients account over a week ago and completely ignore him. He cannot access his money to even move and close his account. There is absolutely no customer service for this business and getting through to a live agent is impossible, yes definitely impossible as still no one responded. Contacted on social media, emailed them to all emails including the complaints and not had one reply. I find this terrible and very concerning and I’m sure no one will contact us after this either! DO NOT USE! Under here it says; how did you communicate with the company - Noones writing back. How quick did the company reply to your queries- STILL WAITING

Absolutely terrible. For no reason and with no notifications, they blocked my account. I couldn't pay bills or buy things. I contacted customer service repeatedly and waited 3 weeks for a reply. They said they were conducting security reviews and then a week later they've just terminated my account. WITH NO REASON. Keep away from them and don't waste your time or lose any of your money!

Horrible. Glitchy. Scary to use an app that has so many problems and non-existent , non-helpful robots for customer support. No phone lines. Scary to use an app like this when handling money.

Poor CS, even if premium. Waiting for 4 days from a special department to tell me why transfer failed. They promise 1 day transfer when transferring money on app. But CS says that I should have read their FAQ because they state 5 days actually. Cannot escalate any issue. They only have chat for customer service. Avoid at all costs! Unprofessional and unreliable financial company. Don’t trust them with your money!

Failing transfers without explanation. They blame the receiving bank, which in turn states that money never got to them. Therefore Revolut is lying! They state 1 day for a transfer and when it doesn’t take place within the given timeframe, their CS says that I should have checked their FAQ and see that 1 day is “automatic” and they actually can take 5 working days. CS is poorly trained. Can never escalate a complaint. Avoid at all costs - they either lie or they don’t know what they are doing. Never use them for large sums! What a disappointment!

Absolute lying thie..es, avoid buying crypto on this platform, even though that I have paid for premium "for a reason" to get a cheaper rate on my crypto purchaces (as they claim to be %1.5) which is not, today I was charged %10on one purchace and %5 on another, after talking to customer service for hours they kept making up lies and said to me that everything was right on their side and this is this and that, even though I have been using their crypto service for a year now and I know how it works and I have never had this problem, avoid buying crypto on this platform you will be disappointed, fees are way too high!! You can get %2 %3 or max %5 on other platforms but not %10

My name is Damaris Arguello. On 31/10/2021 at 15:53pm, I received a call from this phone number 02033228352. The man on the other end of the phone (“Agent” “Him” “He”) represented himself as an employee of Revolut. I did a quick search online to confirm the phone number and I could see that it was indeed an official number for Revolut bank. The Agent told me that my account was apparently “on hold” because they had seen a few unexpected transactions and they needed to confirm if I was responsible for those transactions. The Agent also confirmed to me the exact amount of money I had in my account which led me to believe that this was indeed a genuine employee of Revolut. He then mentioned some transactions to me which I did not recognise. I confirmed to him that I was not aware of these transactions and he let me know that he will cancel my card on the Apple Pay app, close my account and send me a new card. I then received a code from Apple Pay which the Agent asked for and I gave because I believed he was a genuine employee of Revolut due to the information he had regarding my account. He said he would use the code to cancel the card on my Apple Pay and also close my revolut account. I did not give him the password to my account nor did he ask for it when he called. He already had access to my account and could see all my transactional details. On 01/11/2021 I logged into my account so I could pay my rent via Bank Transfer and that is when I saw that I only had £1 in my account. I was very confused and scared because I could not understand why I essentially had no money. I checked my statement and saw 3 transactions that I did not recognise. · 2 transactions made in Argos – £999 & £212.98; 1 transaction made in Johnson mini market - £53.91. Total amount of money spent: £1265.89. Steps taken to Rectify. I immediately contacted the Revolut online team and they directed me to fill a form, which I did. I then received an email from the Revolut team letting me know that they will not refund my money as the transactions were made in-person by me with Apple pay. This is untrue and also absurd because I currently reside in London and I have no ties or links to Nottingham. I also have evidence that supports the fact that I was in central London at the time of the above transactions. It is impossible for me to be “present” in Nottingham at the same time that I was present in central London. I was also told by your team that in Revolut terms and conditions, it states that Revolut will not be responsible if a customer gives their code to an “agent” of Revolut and it turns out to be fraudulent. Please could you point out where this is stated in your terms and conditions as I believe this to be untrue. Dealing with the Aftermath Falling victim to fraudsters has left me scarred and depressed. Apart from the fact that my hard-earned money has been stolen from me meaning that I am unable to pay my rent, eat, commute to and from work and handle other personal responsibilities, which in itself has been an extremely traumatic experience, I also have to deal with the fact that Revolut`s attitude towards my situation has been completely unfair and unempathetic. I have been a loyal and faithful customer to Revolut for 5 years, and to think that I am solely being blamed for falling victim to fraud (like thousand of others have) and offered no assistance from Revolut has only exacerbated this distressing experience. What I need from Revolut Again, I am asking Revolut to investigate (and assist the police in their investigation) into this matter. I also ask that all the monies stolen from me due to the fraudulent practices of the individual that presented himself as an agent of Revolut, to be refunded to my account. I did not act fraudulently and only gave that piece of information as the Agent already had access to my account which led me to believe that he was a genuine employee of Revolut. Again, I am shocked and confused as to how my account details and transactional details were in the hands of this fraudulent Agent. It is not irrational to see why I believed that I was speaking to a genuine employee of Revolut and took the decision I did to reveal that piece of information.
