“The Rias employee on the other end of the phone was very helpful, knowlegable and professional and above all delivered a very competible quote, which I accepted and added it to my existing car insurance policy, job done, and very happy.”

“I have tried creating an account on a number of occasions to retrieve my policy documents but continually get a message stating that either the details are incorrect or an account already exists - not exactly clear as to what I am doing wrong. As you have already taken payment I presume that I do have a valid policy but remain in the dark until I can access an online account. I could ring you again and incur further phone charges but quite frankly I don't think I should need to.”

“A fairly easy to understand website that was not too arduous or complicated to negotiate. The online policy documents were easy to download and, if required, to print-off. The savings compared to my previous motor insurance provider, who I had been with for many, many years, were substantial, which was the primary reason for checking what was available on a comparison website. Altogether (so far) very satisfied.”

“Reviewing my policy on receipt of the paper copy I thought I might include contents accidental damage option so I emailed for a quote and was advised to telephone. After being shunted from one person to another i eventually got the quote which frankly amazed me, the cost of the option being over £500. I was told this was down to your underwriter. This makes me wary of renewing with you next November. A B Callaway”

“Clear concise information delivered in a very pleasant manor. No rush or pressure was put on the recipient. Questions were ansewered clearly and nothing was to much trouble.
