Your telkephone operative was very helpful by talking through all of our requirements. Hopefully we won't have to use your serves but you never know. At least we don't live in a flood plain area or have a river nearby..

Could not believe how cheap I paid for my cover It was 30% cheaper than 4 other companies I tried It was also easier to get a quote on line rather than phone

No problems with entering data required, but the verification procedure to prove "No Claim discount" years seems unnecessary and longwinded". I am happy with the quote and service generally.

RIAS agents quickly resolved my on line questions and on that basis I proceeded motor insurance. I asked that the policy documents be delivered by post however on 11 11 jan I had to phone to confirm that I was Covered and That I awaited the documents. I was advised that I had elected to download thse documents ( I maintain this was not So!!!) Until this time I had been given no advice on how to "manage my account " and download my documents. I advised RIAS agent tah I would try to download but as an insurance could the documents also be posted to me I await thse documents but I have also managed to download. RIAS claims to be insurers for the over 50's we are not the most computer literate generation and RIAS agentys should be aware that vwe may need clear and specific instructions for online dealings

Quote easy to obtain. Was able to find reference for the cover provided, i.e. Trace & Access, Identity Fraud Cover, etc. Liked that you could opt for just a £50 policy excess.

Quick, professional and friendly service. Minimum paperwork, all process through the web and proof of NCB by e-mail. Competive quotes. Recommended. Would use again unless price increses for 2016/2017!

Motor insurance. On the application form I was asked to state my 'no claims discount' and following this a note from yourselves said my policy was subject to proof of this claim. I have owned a car for some 21 years in my married name of Nora Dakin without having a claim. I contacted my previous insurer to ask for this proof. These companies having lost the business are not inclined to make any prority in answering me. When they evenually did, they stated only 3 years n.c.bonus I contacted the insurer before them to ask for this information. They are not going to reply for such an old customer. Because insuring companies are not rewarding customers for loyalty nearly everyone I know is checking 'comparison sites I suggest this system for proving n.c.claims is antiquated and just creates concerns for the customer. Your company is no exception

Straightforward application, easy to understand T&C, reasonable premium. And especially aimed at the Over 60's - I think that is very good.

Having checked the web site, had decided not to proceed with RIAS on a cost basis. I then received a call from a customer adviser who went through my answers and clarified where I could make savings and still have the cover I required as I had not discovered this information on the web site.
