My experience of changing and setting up my buildings & contents insurance couldn't have been easier! The young man, I believe his name was Mark, explained everything to me carefully and simply. He had a lot of patience with me, as I kept asking him to repeat some things. I asked him to call me back later, which he did within the time specified. I decided to go ahead with the quote given to me. He explained, very well how the payments would be taken from my bank, as my existing insurance has yet to expire. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received. Thank you.

Clear briefing and very quick response for quotation. Having been billed over twice as much by my current insurers I was very surprised to get such a cost-effective premium.

This is a view in two parts and I am only giving a score based on the bad part. I paid a deposit for a new Home Insurance but after nearly 3 weeks and the day before the start date began to panic as I had not received any paperwork. It seemed that nothing had been set up and the only way the very helpful new business man could help was to start again and take a new deposit . This was done and the following Monday I spoke to Customer Service and again a helpful and efficient lady sorted it out and I should have a credit by now. As I said very poor service but they recovered and handled the issues well

the person i spoke to on the phone was very help full and your price was very good that is why i changed to rias on line i was quoted £235.44 but when i took it out it shot up to £280-plus but that was still cheaper than any one else i looked at i would like to point out that i still have not got my paper work as yet as i wanted it posted not sent by email regards MR E P LE BRETTON

Purchasing the motor insurance online was simple and straight forewards, this is how it should be. You also have access through your account to make changes such as a new car etc. Excellent service so far. I dont ever want to find out how good RIAS are at handling claims but if the experience sofar is anything to go by they will be very good. I will definately get a quote for my house insurance when thats due.

Tried to add to the policy. After a lot of hassle trying to get through I was told by one person the increase would be £20 only to find customer service told me it would be more. I got cut off. Not happy. Tried again to cancel policy, couldn't get through to customer service so a nice lady on another line did it for me. You did get back to me asap and cancelled the policy with some story about the £20 offer was from the day before.
