I always like to check my insurance premium to be sure I have the best deal, to cover my house. as always I was helped by RIAS staff to achieve this thank you very much.

RIAS asks me for feedback on my recent purchase which was NOT done online so I cooperate and then find myself on a page whose heading refers only to online shoppers. Should I continue with this ? - presumably not.

I was not happy when my renewal premium went up over fifty pounds same cover no claims I was tempted to switch and save forty pounds but next year I will certainly change ALEX HENDERSON

We did not have to wait very long before our call was answered when we rang to talk about paying for our home insurance renewal. The lass we spoke to (Natalie we think) was very pleasant and dealt with us very efficiently.

The advisor amended a couple of my wife's & other details and then I renewed my policy. All was simple and left a feeling of satisfaction that everything was handled well.

Had experience of making a claim in 2013 ( house burglary ) and it was dealt with very professionally. Although not the cheapest quote for my car this time I feel confident that I am in good hands.

Dialing the recommended premium and expensive phone number to apply for a car insurance is not everyone's case. The lengthy process for going through the "security check" seem to delay (intended?) phone connection rather then going through the actual car insurance first. To make matters worst is putting halfway through the process on hold to listen to music until cutting the line and dialing again and filing a complain! Making the mistake by sending me the web-specific number as my new insurance policy number, e-mail 20 March, 2016 1:08PM, is not helping to sign on to my insurance account. Service?? Hope you can do better, but I'm not impressed. Regards, K Riekemann

I cancelled my policy days ago because i got a better deal elsewhere. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to tell me when my payment will be re-embursed to my credit card. Im Mrs Moss not Miss.

The young lady I dealt with was excellent,10/10: I am a little hard of hearing and I asked her if she would speak a little louder and more slowly. She did exactly that and I was very appreciative. She was also extremely helpful in guiding me through and offering a reduced premium for the renewal my home insurance. Secondly, may I just register my disappointment at the booklet system used for setting out details of our cover. For me it is a retrograde step from the schedule used in previous years and makes it a lot harder to follow. It is my guess that you have introduced some procedural changes and in the process confused things.

I had a claim last year for storm damage RIAS dealt with this most efficiently and the insurers well very professional and arranged all surveys and the work was carried out by their sub contractors who did an excellent job and left the property in a very clean and tidy state. I was most impressed by the way the whole matter was dealt with

Good Company to conduct business with. No fuss renewal procedure. Always give a competitive quote. Not afraid to reduce the premium on renewal without being approached
