I got several quotes from a comparison web site and started looking into the detail of what was covered. Of those I was interested in only RIAS made the information readily available on line, and I was able to read both the summary of cover and the policy booklet. Competitive quotes are one thing, but I wanted to evaluate their telephone response before taking out the policy. I rang and got a prompt and helpful response ( and have done so when I have had to telephone since taking out the policy). So my evaluation thus far is that I got the cover I wanted at a good price with a company that has been a pleasure to deal with.

Generally easy process. However, felt patronised when asked if I could afford the monthly payments.

Good price through comparison web site and information easy to understand. It was very quick to send RIAS proof of no claims bonus and previous quotes. However, it is early days and now it depends if I need to use their services over the year, I hope not, that is how I will know if they are any good, but happy so far.

I was very impressed by the whole experience. Everything was explained clearly. Options available to improve my cover were pointed out and I found that extremely useful. All done in a very friendly and polite manner.

Easy to get an on-line quote. Very competitive prices. Standard contents and buildings insurance cover starts at a generous figure so you don't have to worry about calculating the exact rebuilding cost or value of contents. Everything can be done on-line which saves costs and paperwork. Only other way to judge is by making a claim!

Call centre personal very helpful but the e-mail sent after purchase of insurance contained the wrong link and code so would never been able access my insurance policy on line. I took the online option so I could store all the documents online. If you to wish to continue as a modern progressive company you to make sure your customers can access the information you send them. I was only able to access my documents after making a phone call to your very helpful call centre. This defeats the object of going down the online route.

very satified with the insurance purchase, the premium,the staff response and everything. I will recommend you to anybody who needs similar insurance policy. Thank you. Oh yes, for your reminder, in case there is an oversight, I have not received the policy in the post yet.

I am a discharged bankruptcy of 6 years and was paying my house insurance in full. I don't understand why my insurance policy had to go to an underwriter & was very disappointed about this as I gave had no problem in the past to secure insurance policies.
