Excellent service. What i like about this company is that they don't assume you want to renew with them every year. They send you a quote through the post and then leave it up to you to contact them. If only all insurance companies could do this.

I am presently in China so my son had to renew my car insurance for me as Rias would not allow me to renew before I left the UK although I contacted them by phone. Also they have no online facility for renewal. Now my son says my premium has risen by almost 20% even though there have been no claims. I will need to renew my future needs when I return to the UK on April 12th.

EVERY TIME I CALLED I RECEIVED UP TO DATE INFORMATION AND WAS TREATED VERY POLITELY BY YOUR STAFF THIS PLUS PRICE MADE ME COME TO RIAS THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH I CANNOT RECOMEND YOUR STAFF HIGHLY ENOUGH THANK YOU VERY MUCH ARCHIE CRAIG

I was only to happy to renew my policy with Rias and found it quick and easy to do, also with a slightly reduced premium making the cherry on the cake.

I felt that the customer service advisors were not really very friendly and we're certainly not top of their game on customer service. To be honest I felt like a bit of a nuisance. I only stayed with Rias as when I took off the hire car, it took my insurance quote down, and it saved me the hassle of changing company. They just kept quoting the benefits that I had with Rias, which I would automatically have with another company. At one point the difference in the quotes was £5 and your advisor seemed to have no power to even bring the quote down by such a small amount. He seemed happy to lose a customer for such a small amount.

Experience of renewal was quite simple but found salesperson was in no way flexible with the price quoted. Will certainly shop around in future for quotes.

I think it is most unreasonable to increase my car insurance because of the death of my wife. I cannot see why that should be and can think of no logical reason for it. I am, infact, driving far less miles now. I will certainly think very carefully next year when I come to renew and will not recommend you insurance to anyone of my friends and relations.To add insult to injury when I received the new certificate of insurance from you there was a bad error (saying my new insurance expired in 2016 when, of course it is 2017) I am still awiting for the correct certificate.

I have had to say "poor" because that was my experience when I rang your office to find out what my premium would be for the next twelve months. I had no claims but my payments had increased by £120.00 and quotes from other companies were well below this figure so I attempted to ask your lady why such a large increase but was abruptly told that "Premiums were not negociable" and the phone went down.I left it a few days and rang your office once again as I have always been satisfied with Rias and was put through to a lad called Joshua who was very helpfull and we agreed a payment figure and I am a customer of Rias for the next year.he was a good lad,much better than your quite ignorant female assistant. Sorry!!!

We have always found Rias to be professional, approachable, friendly and accomodating. We have never been kept waiting on the phone long, when we have had issues Rias has responded quickly and given reassurance. The renewal process has been straightforward with a fair price in comparison to the year before and competitors.

I didn't think you were ripping me off, as I am a regular customer. So I didn't get comparisons ... People I meet sometimes have stories iof how insurance companies take advantage of regulars; or anybody: a pretty miserable way to trade.

Phone calls to you are answered quickly, delay in answering calls is frustrating to the customer, do not compromise yourselves by cutting back on this service.

I did not purchase the insurance online, nor do I think I ever would. I would always prefer to speak to a person in this country. Not a robot.
