“I have used Rias house and contents insurance for over 20 years, but unfortunately the quote for 2014/15 was not at all competitive so I moved to the insurance provided by my bank. Fortunately the quote for 2015/16 was back to the normal amount I pay for House and Contents insurance, so I was happy to return to the company I have liked and trusted for so many years. I wonder why the previous years quote was so over the top, I phoned up and was told that there was no way to reduce it, but it came down again this year - why.”

“Appalling and rude customer service from Hayley in the renewals team. I tried to get hard copy of my policy sent and inadvertently went through to renewals. Hayleys response was terrible. I tried sone of your other depts inc customer service. Whilst they werr polite they cldnt help as they were running 2 different systems. I still dont have a paper copy of my policy and my online login details have failed also. It wont accept my web reference number or my policy number. Unless this is resolved i intend to share my experience on social media and through my contacts at Saga.”

“Efficient telephone service following an online quote. Documents arrived quickly and a follow up enquiry was dealt with swiftly - no having to listen to a long list and then pressing buttons and waiting forever - and this was at a peak time. Very competitive price too.”
