“I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF RIAS HOME INSURANCE AND TWO CARS INSURANCE FOR MANY YEARS. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THE YEARLY INCREASES EVEN IF YOU HAVE NEVER EVER CLAIMED. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.”

“I received my car insurance renewal notice form RIAS earlier this week. Due to work pressures, I only read it on Wednesday evening. I was somewhat perturbed to note that the premium had increased by what I considered to be an unreasonable amount. I phoned RIAS on Thursday after work, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. She looked into my enquiry and the upshot is that the premium was reduced, and the amount although not the whole increase, was more reasonable. As long as this is the standard of service received from RIAS, I will continue to give them my custom. Thank you RIAS!”

“I have had my car insurance through Rias for about 15 years now and have always found them to be very pleasant, helpful and efficient. I also have breakdown cover and home contents cover through them. I can't comment on claims, because I have never had to claim, but I definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.”

“The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. The price was acceptable, after I. Had negotiated it for a little less, because I was hoping to get my car insurance after the home and contents. I have been with you many years, hopefully many more if the prices are favourable.”
