“Would highly recommend using this company for family law. There is a perception in society that once you involve solicitors in a divorce it gets ‘nasty’ but having the legal side covered regarding finances in a firm that puts your mind at ease, is fair, patient and has a set fee so you know financially where you stand in a very uncertain time in your life is priceless. My case wasn’t straight forward but Kelly Grigg was amazing to have by my side and helped to reduce the stress, very personable and professional.”

“It has been the darkest 16 months of my life. Falsely accused and a legal process, which felt like a run away nightmare. I was scared, angry, upset and helpless. After a lot of research into trying to attain the best legal defence I could receive. I contacted Richard Nelson LLP. On first speaking to Jacqui Callan I knew I had found the best legal defence I could receive. She was the one person who stood out, Jacqui stood above all the lawyers I had researched. Her law background was excellent, her exceptional professionalism was unparalleled. On meeting Jacqui for the first time, I knew I had made the right decision. Her manner was both professional and caring, with an element of authority, which made me feel secure and listened to. It’s safe to say I liked Jacqui from the start and felt at ease in a situation that was so alien and scary. Jacqui went above and beyond at every point of our journey. She was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and her communication was both effective, informative and extremely timely. She incorporated the services of a brilliant Barrister, tailor made for my situation, who was also incredible. “Richard Etherington, Associate Solicitor & Lily Nutbrown, Paralegal helped us fight a disciplinary procedure at our university instigated by false claims. They were very dependable, easy to communicate with and did a lot of investigation into the case to help us form an appropriate response to the university which ultimately got the charges dropped.
