“Customer service is horrible. I ordered a figure. Arrived damaged. They told me to send it back and they will replace it. I sent it back with the label THEY SENT ME. then they tell me they never got it.
And this isnt the first time its happened. I DO NOT reccommend ringsidecollectibles to anybody.”
“It’s funny ringside has a excuse for every review on here I ordered the last dance cm punk. It was all torn and ripped and bent when it got here I am a disabled vet with nothing below the knee. I have spent tons of money on ringside and instead of them figuring out a way to get me a new figure. they said I had to print out a return label I have no printer then go to fedex wich I would have to have legs to do. Mail it back to them and wait for a claim which by that time the figure would be sold out. So I wouldn’t ever get the figure at all I didn’t pay for damaged packaging I paid full price. There shipping policy clearly says they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but they are responsible for damaged packaging. They make you go through the hassle of returning the item because they know not all people have the means to do so. So they just let it slide. And when you call you get to talk to Dominique who you will get no help from at all just attitude because they where asked to do there job. And follow the policy that it says on there site so all in all if you order from them just pay for damaged packaging cus 50% out of the time that’s what you’re gonna get. If you’re a inbox collector like myself don’t waste you’re time or money. Go to bbts or big apple toys or 5 below anywhere else but ringside”

Offered $3 partial refund.
Opened a case with paypal and now they have advised to post all items back at my own cost for a refund. It costs me £30 to post back from the UK more than the actual figures and i will be out of pocket too because its at my own cost to return faulty goods. Customer service is shocking with so many bad reviews”

They are screwing people out of lots of money. “I have been a costumer from long time but things have change in this company. Their packages are not send with bubble and they arrive in bad conditions. My last 4 order where send not secure Costumer service sucks and they reply to you as you where nothing and they don’t care. You will be ok if your package arrive well, good luck but if not that’s not their problem. If you write to their costumer service the experience will be super bad. I recently contact them via email with evidence of damage box and they reply to my like I was sheet. I am a long time costumer with An order for more than 100 dollars.”
